SAGRADA FAMILIAThis is Gaudi’s masterpiece, in which he poured all his artistic potential, talent and technical expertise. It is the jewel of the Catalan Art-Nouveau movement and modern art. If you haven’t see Sagrada Familia, you haven’t seen Barcelona.
SONORA SPORTS TAVERN You like beer? Sports? Live music? Why choose just one? At the Sonora Sports Tavern, you can enjoy your favourite activities all at once!
GLÒRIES SHOPPING MALLThere is a seven-screen cinema and more than 220 shops, including a Carrefour supermarket. If you need a break, camp out in a one of the cafes in the main square, which is decorated with jets of colored water.
TIMESBURGBurgers in the land of tapas? Si! This warm and intimate restaurant is fully foodie- approved. Gourmet burgers are made with traditional beef from Burgos or organic beef from Lleida. Combine with homemade sauces and grandma’s secret-recipe fries.
AGBAR TOWERAt 135 meters high, this Aguas de Barcelona office skyscraper forever changed the city skyline. The design maximizes natural light with exterior glass and aluminum panels that open and close automatically.
MUSEU DEL DISSENY DE BARCELONAAka, the Design Museum of Barcelona, this space is part museum and part laboratory, which aims to promote a better understanding and use of good design. The collection has more than 70,000 objects, including textiles, furniture and ceramics.
OLYMPIC PORT BCNThe Olympic Port is located in front of the former Olympic Village, between the beaches of Barceloneta and Nova Icaria. Today it has been transformed into an extensive recreational area with restaurants, seafood bars, shopping plazas, and even an Aquarium close by. Ideal for a day trip!
ARCH OF TRIUMPH In the late 19th century, the Arc de Triomf was the gateway to the modern city of Barcelona. Today the arch is a meeting and gathering place for families and friends and starting-offspot for bike rides and roller-blading adventures.
OVELLA NEGRAThis legendary tavern calls itself “mythical,” which isn’t far from the truth at all. It was first established in 1965 and has been a popular hangout ever since. The secret to success? Just sticking to what they do best – beer, sangria and friendly vibes.
SOPA Sopa is a tasty (mostly organic) vegetarian restaurant. The star dish, as the name suggests, is the soup. There are four soup specials every day, including at least one vegan and one comfort food option. Pop in for a feel-good energy boost that will last all day.
RAZZMATAZZLocated in a former factory in the district of Poblenou, Razzmatazz is a sprawling nightclub with five separate music spaces, all with a completely different look, feel and sound. Prowl around and find the one that gets you grooving!
L’AUDITORILet’s start a garage band! But first, let’s get a crash course about the evolution of music and scope outdifferent types of instruments at this super cool museum, auditorium and center for Catalan musical heritage.
