PARK Hong-woo, director of Seoul Administration Court should resign right now! We cannot repress his astonishment that Park Hong-woo, director of Seoul Administration Court distributed publication which is distort and disparage the May 18 Democratization Movement poisonously to judges twice this year and the last year. The truth of the May 18 Democratization Movement is already revealed through investigation of state administration and the prosecution's investigation. Finally the supreme court decided that assailants of the May 18 Democratization Movement had been committed a crime. At the same time, the victims had been recovered their honor both legally and institutionally. Nowadays, commemorative projects are carried out at the national level. As a prominent person who is taking a responsible position in the judicial branch, how he could make a thoughtless and anachronistic behavior without considering the position of the bereaved family who had lost family members and sibling at that time and victims who are suffering from the aftereffect of injuries and trauma? Above all, Park who ignored a judgement of supreme court and denied the stubborn fact of democracy history in Korea is an ineligible person in order to carry out government affairs. Especially, it is a lame excuse that he just distributed book to judges without verifying contents of book after he received book from publishing company without taking my opinions into consideration. We strongly demand that Park should apologize to the public and resign his position to take a responsibility of his behavior against the history of democracy in Korea. We also urge that the government make a thorough investigation this case and open to the public the result of investigation. Those related to this case should be impeached.
