Sourcing Best Practices

• Don’t get hung up on using all the features, use what fits your process.

– So we do not use the item bidding. We buy predominantly services. We attach our legacy pricing matrices as an event attachment that must be completed and submitted.

– We do not use the evaluation functionality. Our business lines like the raw data that results from the event side by sides. We provide that in its raw form and they evaluate accordingly.

• Keep processing of RFXs centralized has allowed us to:

– Drive additional standardization and efficiencies into the process

– Manage one set up templates to stay compliant with standard bank requirements.
