The 10 Steps 1.Plan the tasks and scenario, try it yourself or with a colleague2.Find users (preferably from you target audience).3.Introduce yourself.4.Explain you are looking for problems in a new product, that if they have trouble, its the products fault, not theirs, that they shouldnt feel bad.
