18 Hanseatic town Limbaži can be easily walked by foot. The radial network of streets in Limbaži has remained from as far back as the Middle Ages. The downtown is formed of wooden buildings of the 18th c., interspersed with rental houses of the 19th c. length of the Vidzeme route from Riga to the border of Latvia–Estonia – 160 km. The suggested span while there is no bicycle path from Rīga to Saulkrasti, is Saulkrasti–Ainaži.

cycling, walking and skiing in winter.
