FFU

Product definition

FFU is short for Fan Filter Unit and means 风机过滤机组 in Chinese. The clean air is sent out at constant speed. The air is inhaled into and filtered by the hepa filter by fan from FFU top and clean air is sent out at constant speed from the whole air-out side. It is applicable to obtain high-grade clean environment in various environments. It provides high-quality clean air to clean rooms with difference sizes and at different cleanliness grades and micro-environment. In newly built clean room and renovation of clean workshop, FFU can improve the cleanliness grade and greatly reduce the construction cost, besides, it is easy to install and maintain, so it is an ideal part for clean environment.

Scope of application

FFU is applicable to dust-free room at all grades, convenient for centralized control of the whole operation; FFU is applicable to semiconductor, electronic, FPD and optics, bio-industry and other places with strict requirements for air pollution. Low height and can save the space of air chamber when the system is designed. lightweight structure design, can meet the installation of Grid system of various manufacturers and change FFU structure size design according to Grid system as well, and capture the market rapidly upon unique advantages and reasonable price.

Low-noise and low-vibration design

* Use 3D aluminum impeller jointly researched and developed by Futai Company and Japanese company 3D aluminum impeller is designed and developed through airflow simulation according to aerodynamics and can improve static pressure and reduce energy consumption at the same revolving speed.

Flexible appearance design
