Organisational Chart Transfer Policy
Transfer of Organisation Chart 1. The company will collate the statistics over a duration of 13 months (January 2013-
January 2014) to determine if the distributors are active.
2. The criteria is to have at least 6 months of points maintenance over the 13 months
period.
3. The placement will be allocated from right to left based on the total BV accumulated over
the 13th month period.
4. Distributors with 3 direct referral lines (active) will be awarded an extra headcount (Me1),
with automatic placement from right to left as listed in the diagram (Diagram 1) below.

4. If the distributors have 3 direct referral lines (active) but many inactive direct referral
lines as well, the company will place the inactive accounts at the extreme left position (as seen in Diagram 2).

5. The company will give distributors who have 4 direct referral lines with active accounts another 2 additional headcounts according to the “Me1 and Me2” as listed in Diagram 3 below. The placement will be from right to left.

6. For distributors with 5 or more direct referral lines with active accounts, the company will do placement based on BV points to achieve a balance organization chart. (See Diagram 4)

(Diagram 4) Expansion Plans Eg: Assuming I have more than 10 direct referral lines with active accounts, how will the system ensure a balance positioning? Company system will place the account with the most BV on the extreme right to the account with the least BV on the extreme left.

Note: Headcount A,B,C,D are placed based on the decreasing BV value (from Right to Left). E is placed under D so as to achieve a balance chart. Assuming the total BV value of E and F (under distributor D) exceeds C, G will be placed under C, so on and so forth
