Designed and built 3D model of a factory layout for cashew production. Site surveys for plant layout in order to know feasibility of plant according to suppliers and

2-MECHANICAL DESIGNING AND MANUFACTURING OF ELECTRICAL SWITCH DROP OUT/ CUT OUT,

Designed, Manufactured and tested electrical switch Drop out/Cut out. The Switch was designed in order to pass 11Kv current for transformers. After designing, performed different tests on specimen including routine test, High voltage and

short circuit test in HVSC Laboratory in order to analyze whether it can bear the load for the purpose it is designed for.

INDUSTRY RELATED PROJECTS:

POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF TURIN (TURIN ITALY),

1-PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF AN INDUSTRIAL PLANT LAYOUT, March 2013-July 2013

Designed and built 3D model of a factory layout for manufacturing of steel products. It is final year team project, we were four people in the group and I was elected the group leader. I

have done almost 50% of work on my own in order to complete work within given deadlines, as well as assisted till completion.

Our group was ranked 2nd best in class and we were able to achieve final result 95%.

2- DESIGN OF A DOUBLE STAGE PARALLEL AXIS GEAR BOX (SPEED REDUCER), October 2012-Feb 2013

It is a 3rd Year industry related project in which I was to work in a group project constituting students expertise in various fields of communications, mechanical system, software, hardware & management to design and test double axis gearbox.

The task was about design of speed reducer by doing necessary calculations and then making CAD model in 3D as well as making their 2D drawings in appropriate scale.

3-DESIGN OF 3D CLAMP FIXTURE, October 2011-Feb 2013 It is a 2nd Year industry related project in which I was to work on my own bringing together the

various fields of communications, mechanical system, hardware & management to design and test a clamp structure.

The system was designed to hold mechanical parts for machining purposes. 4-AUTOMATIC ERROR SMS SENDING CONTROL SYSTEM, September 2007-March 2008

It is a 2nd Year industry related project during HND The system was designed to send and error SMS to Client Mobile Number if there is any

interruption or breakdown a process.
