Give Gift Matching FAQ

1. Go to Boeing “Give” site. Past on browser. https://give.boeing.com/2. Select “Give” button. 3. Select “Match My Money” or “Match My Time” button. 4. Select “United State”.5. Type “Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Puget Sound Chapter” under organization

name or “911340842” under U.S. Tax ID/EIN.6. Select “WA” for State.7. Select “Cash Matching” or “Volunteerism” from Type.8. Click “Search”.9. For Step 1 of 4, located the organization.10. Click “Select”. 11. For Step 2 of 4, enter relevant information for your cash donation or volunteerism.12. Click “Save and Proceed”.13. For Step 3 of 4, review details of your request.14. If you are not ready to submit, click “Save Only”.15. If you need to modify, click “Make a Change”.16. If you are ready to submit, click “Submit”.

In order to allow SHPE Puget Sound to share funds in an unencumbered way leave the “designation” field blank. If the funds are donated for a specific program, enter a description.

Tips: Only enter hours in increments of 25hrs. If 30 hrs are entered, 5 hrs will not be paid out only 25 hrs. Cash donation can be submitted as low as $25 per donation.

Submit your donation/volunteer hours with enough time for the non-profit to confirm by the next donation confirmation date. If donation is submitted on September 30 and confirmed on Oct 1, the payout will be January 31.
