HISTORY

1939 – Opened Dong-A Polytechnic InstituteHanyang History1948 – Elevated to the Hanyang Engineering College

1959 - Raised to the status of university and re-named Hanyang University

1972 – Opened University Hospital in Seoul campus

1995 – Opened University Hospital in Guri-city

1979 - Opened second campus in Ansan(ERICA)
