Results
I created this goal in the beginning of April 2012. I have been diligent in keeping up with my goal for the end of May. I have gone for walks 4 out of the 5 days of the week and have maintained to do 100 pushups every day. I feel good and can see results. I have to sit down all day at work so I look forward to my daily walk and working out.
