For years, Mairi Taylor watched her friends and clients ensure theirchildren had an active and healthy life with often little time forthemselves - listening to them say that they couldn’t make a class due to

their children’s sporting activities. In response, she merged her kids fitnessqualifications with her adults and came up with FAB Family Fitness – FunActivity Based – an opportunity for families to workout together, spendingquality time whilst improving their fitness.

She trialed this idea with her regular customers and their children it wentdown a storm - kids telling the parents it is time for BOOTCAMP - how FABwas that! The kids love the fun aspect of the class whilst the parents have agreat workout as they work together as a team on the various tasks in theclass. It is FABulous to see parents and children having so much fun andachieving targets and goals, from skipping and hula hooping to press upsand relay races.
