About my experimentWe have known something difference between IGF-IR a and IGF-IR b We produced two IGF-IRa promoters with different length. We put them into vectors, and used RFP (red fluorescent protein) for reporter gene. In cell line Microinject these vector into zebrafish embryos, and observe them to see when and where IGF-IRa express.
