Many a times Money is not the only reason for people to leave their jobs, There are lots of changes happening in the minds of people which we need to look into. வலனல ிட்டு ினக தன வலபகபில் தம் ட்டும் காாய் இருப்தில்லன. ணிருக்குள்வப தன ாறுல்கள் ிகழ்ந்ிருக்கனாம். அப்தடி ன்ண முக்கி ிங்கள் இருக்கமுடிமம்...தார்ப்வதாா ?

If the workplace is inspiring people

would continue. If there is a mental

pressure, they would prefer to leave. To

keep them happy, organization often

arranges team building picnics, fun

games, tours, weekend movies, family

2.ிறுணத்ிற்கு வலன மசய்தர்கள் - இர்கள் ிறுணம் ீது திடிப்பு மகாண்டர்கள் Willing to do anything for the organization as they

love their employers.

3. ங்கிருந்ாலும் வலன தார்ப்தர்கள் - ார் தாமாக இருந்ாலும், ந் ிறுணாக இருந்ாலும் இர்கள் ங்கள் வலனல மசவ்வண மசய்ார்கள். Irrespective of the boss or organization - wherever

they are they simply work and excel with passion and

precision.

மூன்நாம் லக ஊிர்கள் ந் டீமுக்கு ாற்நிணாலும் உற்சாகாக வலன மசய்ார். முல் லக க்கள் புது டீமுக்கு ாற்றும் வதாது அருக்குள்வப குமுிகள் மடிக்கச் மசய்மம். உற்சாகம் இப்தர். ணஅழுத்ம் மதறுார். கணிக்காதுிட்டால் வறு இடம் வட ஆம்திப்தார். Type 3 people would work with same enthusiasm in any team

whereas the Type 1 people when they are transferred they get

pressure in the mind, lose enthusiasm, get anxiety and hence try to

reason for people to leave their jobs

but the strained relationship with the

boss. If the same can be made right,

people would work with lots of

enthusiasm. Many a times Boss is the

Every individual has a dream to reach

greater heights. That inner drive and

passion only keeps one on the move. If

at any point of time, the employee finds

that he cannot grow further in the

organization they would leave. With

timely recognition people not only stay

but bring more people and work with

We need to ensure that employees

are engaged, excited, and

challenged to contribute, create and

perform. Otherwise we will lose

them to another employer who will

do that. புி சால்கள், ிநல மபிதடுத் ாய்ப்பு, சானாண சுாஸ்ாண திகள், ிறுணத்ிற்கு தங்கபிக்க மதாறுப்பு மாடர்ந்து ற்தடுத்ா வதாது அல கிலடக்கும் இடம் வடி அர்கள் வதால ாரும் டுக்க முடிாது.


Autonomy, independence,

empowerment and culture of

accountability, ownership are to

be encouraged which people

look for in an organization அிகாம், சுந்ிம், சுாண முடிவுகள், ிறுணத்ில் தங்கு, ிநல மபிக்காட்ட ாய்ப்பு - இல ல்னாம் இல்னா ிறுணத்ில் தி புரி இலபஞர்கள் ிரும்புில்லன.


Ability to compete, payments to

vendors and employees on time,

frequent mergers or change of

management, bad press notes, lack

of trust on employees, not being

transparent could be reasons for

employees to leave their jobs. வதாட்டிாபர்களுடன் சிக்கல், உரி வத்ில் த தட்டுாடா, ிர்ாகத்ில் ாற்நம், தத்ிரிலக கிசு கிசுக்கள், ஊிர்கபிடம் மூடி லநத்ல், மபிப்தலடின்ல இல ல்னாம் க்கள் வலன ாந முக்கி காிகள்.


Lack of recognition, timely promotion, awards, scrolls, promotions are the way to retain people ல்ன வலனக்கு தாாட்டு, தி உர்வு, ிருதுகள், சான்நிழ்கள், ிறுண தத்ிரிலக அல்னது ிாக்கபில் அங்கீகாம் இல ான் ல்ன ஊிர்கலப ீண்ட ாள் ங்க லக்கும்.
