1. Perfiles móviles
Primero vamos a crear una carpeta llamada Perfiles:
Ahora tenemos que compartirla así que hacemos clic derecho sobre esta
carpeta → Propiedades → Uso compartido avanzado

Ahora pasamos a configurar a los clientes. Seleccionamos a los usuarios y le
indicamos lo siguiente:

Nos vamos al cliente y entramos como empleado1:

Vemos como en el servidor se nos ha creado la carpeta empleado1, pero no
podemos acceder a ella:

Pinchamos en Ficha Seguridad:

Ahora ya si podremos entrar a la carpeta del usuario.
*Nota: si el usuario está conectado no podremos ver sus ficheros.

2. Perfil Obligatorio
Para crear este perfil debemos habilitar el perfil de invitado que viene por
defecto en el sistema.
Creamos una carpeta para el perfil obligatorio:
Y ahora vamos a compartirla como hicimos con la carpeta de perfiles móviles:

Para hacer el perfil obligatorio lo que hacemos es acceder en el XP con la
cuenta administrador que no pertenece al administrador del dominio y le damos
a propiedades del sistema y a la opción perfiles de usuario.

Seleccionamos a usuario y pulsamos en Copiar a:
Una vez hecho esto nos metemos dentro de la carpeta y habrá un fichero
llamado ntuser.dat. Le cambiamos el nombre y le ponemos ntuser.man para
forzar que el perfil sea obligatorio.

Una vez hecho esto ya podremos acceder con la cuenta invitado:

Como podemos ver este usuario no tiene acceso a las carpetas de otros
usuarios:
