INTRODUCTIONNavkshitij was established to improve the well-being of mentally challenged friends – we take them under our wing, organize activities, teach them life skills and vocational skills, encourage them to become as independent as possible, and nurture them in a compassionate environment. 

HISTORY OF NAVKSHITIJ•Dr. Neelima Desai and the organizers

discussed the need to set up a center for mentally challenged  friend 

•  Navkshitij was established on November 27, 2003

•Currently they have a total of 50 mentally challenged friends

•They have a campus along with 44 Staff members

VISSION & MISSION•They has started a home for MCF, where

MCF live with happiness, love, dignity , and security

•They handle mentally challenged adults , and motivate , assist and guide them

•Mission of Navkshitij is to create a home for mentally challenged adult
