World ior|eor Forum
2015
Muscat, Oman

Today the majority of the Oil Companies are focusing on maximizing the Recovery Factor (RF) from their respective Oil fields as well as maintaining an economic oil rate. An average Re-covery Factor from the mature oilfields around the world is somewhere between 20% - 40%.
Global demand for oil continues to grow but new discoveries are becoming fewer and smaller. Oil Companies has therefore realized that an average RF of 40% means 60% of Oil is yet to be Case Studies and technical challenges.
Global Enhanced & Improved Oil Recovery Forum - 2015 in Muscat Oman from 31st March to 1st April would address the major challenges in the in the application of EOR & IOR Tech-niques .
THE WAY FORWARD IN OIL RECOVERY!!
AUDIENCE—WHO SHOULD ATTEND ?
IOR & EOR has many applications in the oil and gas industry. Anyone involved with exploration and
production should be familiar with the basics of this versatile technology. Engineers ,supervisors,
technicians from operating or service companies.
