1 ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺷﺪن ﺟﺪا ﻋﻠﻞ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ3 ﮔﺎز اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﺧﻄﻮط اﺗﻴﻠﻦ ﭘﻠﻲ ﻻﻳﻪ اﺳﺖ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ وﮔﺎز ﻧﻔﺖ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﺧﻄـﻮط ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮژي. 40 ﭘﻴﺶ ﺳﺎلcoal tar ﺑﻮد ﻫﺎ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻆ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ. ﺑﺎﻻ دﻗﺖ ﺑﺎ ﻛﻪ ﻓﺮآﻳﻨﺪﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﻃﻲ ﻛﺎرﺧﺎﻧﻪ ودر ﺷﻮد ﻣﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺳﻨﺘﺰي رزﻳﻨﻬﺎي از اﻣﺮوزه ﮔﺮدﻧﺪ ﻣﻲ اﻋﻤﺎل ﻟﻮﻟﻪ روي ﺑﺮ ﻣﻴﺸﻮﻧﺪ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل. اي ﺧﻮرﻧﺪه ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ در دﻓﺎﻋﻲ ﺧﻂ اوﻟﻴﻦ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺷﻮد ﻣﻲ ﻣﺪﻓﻮن آﻧﺠﺎ در ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻴﺒﺎﺷﺪ. ﺣﻴﺎﺗ ﻋﻨﺼﺮي ﻛﻪ اﺳﺖ ﻛﺎﺗﺪﻳﻚ ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺖ دﻓﺎﻋﻲ ﺧﻂ دوﻣﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﺒﺎﺷﺪ ﺧﻄﻮط ﻳﻜﭙﺎرﭼﮕﻲ و ﺣﻔﻆ ﺑﺮاي. ﻧﮕﻬﺪاﺷﺘﻦ ﺑﺮاي دﻟﻴـﻞ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﺑﻪ و ﻣﻴـﺸﻮد ﭘﻮﺷﺶ زوال ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺣﺪ از ﺑﻴﺶ ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺘﻲ ﺟﺮﻳﺎن ﻃﺮﻓﻲ از اﻳﻤـﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ در ﺣﻔـﺎﻇﺘﻲ ﺟـﺮﻳﺎن, ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮروي آن ﺻﺤﻴﺢ اﻋﻤـﺎل ازﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ راﻧﺪﻣﺎن اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ دارد زﻳﺎدي اﻫﻤﻴﻴﺖ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺷﺪه ﺳﺎزي آﻣﺎده ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻛﻪ ﻓﻠﺰي دارد ﻓﻠـﺰ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﻪ آن ﭼﺴﺒﻨﺪﮔﻲ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺑﻪ زﻳﺎدي ﺑﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺧﻮب ﻋﻤـﻠﻜﺮد. ﭼﺴﺒﻨﺪﮔﻲ ﻣﺪت ـ دراز در ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺑﺎﻻي راﻧﺪﻣﺎن ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻛﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﻲ از ﺗﻤﺎس ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ در آن دوام و اوﻟﻴﻪ ﻣﻴﺸﻮﻧﺪ. ﻫﻨﮕﺎم در ان ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺪن وﺧﻴﺲ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻦ ﺟﺮﻳﺎن ﺑﺎ زﻳﺎدي ارﺗﺒﺎط اوﻟﻴﻪ ﭼﺴﺒﻨﺪﮔﻲ ﻣﻴﺰان اﻋ دارد ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﻮدن آﻣﺎده و ﺗﻤﻴﺰي ﺑﻪ وﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﻤﺎل. ا ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ و رﻃـﻮﺑﺖ ﻧﻔﻮذ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ در ان ﻣﻘـﺎوﻣﺖ ﺟﻤـﻠﻪ از ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﺑﻪ ﭼﺴﺒﻨﺪﮔﻲ وﺑﻘـﺎء دوام ﻛﺎﺗﺪﻳﻚ ﺟﺪاﻳﻲ ﭘﺪﻳﺪه ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ در آن ﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺖ(cathodic disbondment ) . ( 1 ) ﺑﺎزارﻣﺼـﺮ اﻣﺮوزه ﻛﻪ ﭘﻮﺷﺸـﻬﺎ اﻳﻦ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻋـﻤﺪه از ﻋﺒﺎرﺗﻨﺪ دارﻧﺪ آن اﻧـﻮاع دﻳﮕﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮي ف: 1- FBE (fusion bonded epoxy ) 2- ﻳﻮرﺗﺎن ﭘﻠﻲ) ﻛﻪ ﻣﻴﺒﺎﺷﺪ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﻧﻮع ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻳﻮرﺗﺎن ﭘﻠﻲ وﻣﻮاد ﺗﻜﻨﻴﻜﻲ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﻘﻄﻪ از ﺳﺎل از1970 اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎي و اﺳﺖ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮده ﺑﻜﺎرANSI/AWWA-C222-99 DIN-30671-1992 , DIN 30677-1998 , Draft recommended practice NACE- TG281-2002 اﺳﺖ ﺷﺪه ﻧﻮﺷﺘﻪ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ اﻳﻦ ﺑﺮاي. اﻳﻦ ﺑﺎﻻي ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺧﺎص ﻣﻮارد در ﻋﻤﺪﺗﺎ آن ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻪ اﺳﺖ ﺷﺪه ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺣﺮارت3- ﺳﻪ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ- ﻫﺎي ﻻﻳﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﻪ اﺗﻴﻠـﻦ ﭘﻠﻲ ﻻﻳﻪepoxy , ﻣﻴﺒـﺎﺷﺪ اﺗﻴﻠـﻦ ﭘﻠﻲ و ﭼﺴﺐ. ﻋﻤـﺮ ﺑﺮاي را آن ﻛﺎراﻳﻲ ﺗﺎ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ﻣﻲ اﻳﺠـﺎد ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺑﺮاي را ﺧﻮاﺻﻲ ﻫﺎ ﻻﻳﻪ از ﻫﺮﻛﺪام دﻫﻨﺪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻃﻮﻻﻧﻲ.
