Psychotherapist  TAMERA  SCHREUR  will  speak  on            “COMPASSION’S  TWIN  DAUGHTERS:  

                                                             JOY  AND  FATIGUE”  

   When  we  are  compassionate,  we  feel  connected  to  others  and  can  experience  joy.      If  

we  are  caregivers,  we  can  lose  track  of  self-­‐care  and  feel  fatigue,  too.    Our  speaker  is  

in  private  practice  in  Scarsdale  and  has  20  years’  experience  helping  people  around  

the  world  find  better  health  and  wholeness  in  their  lives  and  relationships.    She  will  

give  a  multimedia  presentation  celebrating  compassion  and  offering  practical  

suggestions  on  how  we  can  revive  when  we  find  ourselves  “caring  on  empty.”
