Tema rada Primjena etike u slubenikom sustavu RH, u tematskoj cjelini Ljudski potencijali i javna uprava, predoena je u vie aspekata. Sam pojam etike, kompleksan je pojam kojemu je potrebno pristupiti na razliite naine, te sagledati znaenje samoga pojma i iz vie drutvenih disciplina.Prvi dio bavi se openito pojmom etike i morala, od zaetaka etike kao znanosti, do dananje primjene etike u sustavu poslovanja. Drugi dio obrazlae primjenu etike u slubenikom sustavu, kroz prava slubenika u slubenikom sustavu i profesionalnost u obavljanju slubene dunosti. Trei dio prikazuje poveznicu u izvravanju obveza i dunosti slubenika reguliranih zakonskim normama i etinost u izvravanju istih. etvrti dio je razrada problema odgovornosti slubenika u sluaju neispunjavanja dunosti i obveza reguliranih zakonom, te shodno tome i sankcije koje slijede. Peti dio predstavlja primjenu same etike pridravanjem normi Etikog kodeksa slubenika.Kljune rijei:Slubeniki sustav, etika, javna upravaSummary:The topic of a research paper Application of ethics in personnel administration in Republic of Croatia in the thematic field Human resources and public administration is considered in few aspects. The term ethics is a complex one. It needs to be approached in different manners, and its meaning has to be looked at in the light of many social sciences.The first part considers general terms of ethics and morality, from the establishment of ethics as a science to application of ethics in todays business systems.The second part sheds some light on the application in administrative law, concerning personnel rights in the personnel status and impartiality in performing official duties.The third part shows the correlation between performing official duties which are regulated by legislative norms and ethical dimension of that performance. The fourth part is elaboration on the problem of personnel responsibility in case of insufficient performance of duties regulated by the law, and the sanctions which follow. The fifth part proposes the application of ethics by abiding by the norms of Ethical codes.
