2.5 billion RMB, It is domestic large-scale integrated iron and steel enterprise and important manufacturer of wide and

heavy plates, wire rods, round bars and metal products, with an annual comprehensive capacity of 10 million tons of

With good geographical location, XISC is connected with Beijing-Guangzhou, Zhejiang-Jiangxi, Hunan-Guizhou

With the international advanced equipments of iron making, steel making, rolling and a set of scientific

XISC is provided with a 5m wide and heavy plate production line, two 3.8m wide heavy plate product lines. The

annual capacity is 5 million tons of steel plates. The wide heavy plate product lines are one of the most advanced

in the world as it is equipped with the high precision automatic control system and other advanced facilities that are

developed jointly by Danieli, VAI, SMS, Swedish ABB and Siemens, which employ the principle of system engineering

to solve the problems of technology, quality, and process in wide heavy plate production.

With the maximum ingot weight of 54 tons, With the opening degree 1100mm and the rolling force of 10000 tons of

double stand mill, XISC can produce ultra heavy ultra wide and high precision steel plates.

Matching 6 heat treatment production lines with the capacity of 1.30 million tons, With asia’s longest 117 meters of

XISC has an excellent group in researching and

developing with all kinds of professional and technical

personnel more than 4100. More than 130 are

professional research people, and among them, 118

with doctor’s or master’s degree.

Following the international forefront of the

metallurgical technology, aiming at the products with

high purity, ultra-fine grain, high precision surface and

no defect, XISC develops such seven technologies as

clean steel production, micro-alloying, controlled rolling

and controlled cooling, heat treatment, high-precision

flatness control, DQ ultrafast cooling control and large

reduction.

XISC has physical and chemical testing center

which passed the national laboratory accreditation, has

a welding services team which consists of the national

welding skills masters and Dr of materials engineering,

and has a welding laboratory aiming to support product

researching and developing, meanwhile to provide

welding technical service for users.

In recent years, XISC gained 161 national

patents(including 70 invention patents), and applied to

XISC provides the transport service on railway, highway

and waterway. For the waterway transportation, the ship will

reach the Yangtze area in 12 to 14 days. For the highway

transportation, the products which are ready for loading will

be delivered in 8 hours.

Financial settlement and reconciliation:

On 10th of each month, the financial department will

send contract settlement invoice and freight invoice whose

date is from 16th to 31st of last month together. And on

25th of each month, they will send the settlement invoice

and freight invoice whose date is from 1st to 15th together.

We offer the financial reconciliation for the whole year.

Complaints handling:

Customer complaints will be accepted in 1 workday. For any

questions of quality, XISC will send relevant person to the site,

in 2 workdays for Hunan province and in 4 days for others

provinces. And it will be handled in 7 workdays if the question

is verified. For the questions need further analysis, it will be

handled in 15 workdays. For any questions of measurement,

the questions will be handled in 5 workdays. For customer

complaints in 3 workdays.
