Y+瑜伽会所拥有舒适的设施环境，专业的服务团队和管理团队，为瑜伽爱好者提

供多元及完整的瑜伽课程。身为全美瑜伽联盟认证的会员， Y+瑜伽会所每周提

供近300节的课程，包含Ashtanga, Flow, Iyengar 等各个流派体系及其衍生课

程。同时还针对有更高要求的练习者设有专项小班课程，并且定期邀请国内外导

师合作开设培训课程和工作坊，满足会员从零基础到瑜伽专业的全方位需求。

Y+ Yoga Center wins a high reputation with comfor table faci l i t ies, professional services & management team, providing professional yoga courses. As a member of the Yoga All iance, we provides nearly 300 classes per week , including Ashtanga, Flow, Iyengar and other types of yoga. We also have mini classes for the practit ioners with higher requirements, and regularly invite masters from domestic and abroad for training courses and workshops to meet the needs of members in different levels.

As the f irst studio of Y+, FXL studio is occupied at the third f loor of a classic French style house. The unique charm can be found at any corner of the pavi l ion and make the practit ioners fulf i l led with pleasure and si lence.

Located at the old site of Yongle Palace established over a century ago. Taking advantage of the height of the building itself and with the natural l ight from skyl ight, the international designer Jon Grant reshaped this old Shanghai style architecture inspired by the supporting point of the body from yoga asana.

Located in the French Style Avenue, it has a wide space of 1,500 square meters with 4 yoga classrooms, 2 private classrooms and Pi lates Reformer, and dedicated to building a purif ied yoga space for the busy urban people.

The Y+ flagship store is located in Shanghai Xintiandi, has a wide space of over 2,770 square meters and equipped with advanced venti lation and f loor heating system, that created a comfor table environment for yoga enthusiasts.

作为Y+旗下的初创会馆，复兴路馆兼顾了私密性和优雅复古的意境，占据法式古典建筑的三层楼，阶梯楼阁之间散发着独特的魅力，顶楼露台更增添些许惬意，身处其中便可享受静谧、愉悦。

选址于拥有百年历史的永乐宫影院，面积超过1000平方米，著名设计师Jon Grant借助建筑本身的层高挑高优势和顶楼天窗自然光的运用，以瑜伽体式中的“身体力点”为灵感，尽显简约与禅意。

坐落于优雅的法式街区，拥有1500平方米宽阔空间，配置4间瑜伽教室，2间私教室及普拉提器械，致力于为繁忙的都市人搭建全方位调理身心灵的纯净空间。

拥有超过1600平方米的宽阔空间，由世界知名设计师Lyndon Neri（代表作：外滩3号）精心设计，以通透、流动、循环及平衡为布局理念，打造出私密、宁静且充满禅意的舒适空间。

这类课程能够帮助身体放松并更好地拉伸，可以缓解压力、改善僵硬、提高睡眠质量，适合喜欢带有觉知、平衡内在能量的练习者。

调息法和冥想是身体与心灵密切的联系方式之一，安住在全然的觉知中，是一种简单又深奥的洞察，适合每一个忙碌的现代人练习。

寰宇瑜伽遵循大师Andrey Lappa的逻辑编排，将西方的当代科学与东方的古典智慧加以融合，结合流畅的体式、对称的编排、梵咒、手印及冥想。 Y+瑜伽会所设置了不同难易度的寰宇瑜伽课程，分别适合初学者及资深练习者。

以B.K.S Iyengar 强调的精准顺位练习方式为教学主轴，艾扬格瑜伽有矫正身体和恢复的效果，有时需要借助工具完成相应的体位练习。会所内长期开设入门和难度较高的系列课程，推荐给对艾扬格瑜伽感兴趣的会员或艾扬格

IyengarUniversal YogaY+瑜伽会所拥有多间专业的热瑜伽教室，此类课程能够通过特定的高温环境加快热身，加速代谢，将身体中的毒素及压力伴随着汗水彻底释出。

阿斯汤加是Sri K.Pattabhi Jois终身练习瑜伽的经验及智慧的传承，透过严谨、有纪律的练习方式保持了传统瑜伽的精神。Y+瑜伽会所设置了不同级别的课程循序渐进地助你开启阿斯汤加之旅。

哈达瑜伽是传统中最强调呼吸重要性的古典瑜伽，是一种身体、心智平衡的瑜伽练习，适合喜欢古典瑜伽、秉持传统的练习者。

核心训练是所有运动建立内在力量的方式之一，适合想练习如何使用核心肌群及建立内在稳定性

特殊人群瑜伽包括充满乐趣和亲子互动的儿童瑜伽（2-7岁）和青少年瑜伽（8-14岁）。另外，孕产瑜伽则是为准妈妈们精心设计的课程，帮助调节及恢复孕期前后身体的变化。

Evolution墙绳课是透过壁绳的牵引带动身体找到顺位达到延展，空中瑜伽则融合了瑜伽、舞蹈、体操技巧及普拉提，展现了身体力与美的完美结合。这两项课程均适合已上过基础课的练习者。

Y+瑜伽会所每个月都提供特定主题的小班课，对于那些有专项训练需求的会员来说，不同主题的小班课更具训练的针对性，能够帮助学员突破练习中遇到的瓶颈。

Y+ Yoga常年邀请世界各地各个流派的老师前来开设工作坊及公开课。

私教课能够针对个人练习的特定需要，启发你的内在潜能。在私教课中，老师能够针对性地改善、调整你的呼吸与体式。相比于常规大课，能够更快地帮助你精进练习。同时，弹性的上课时间也能够配合您的个人时间安排。

Y+ Yoga provides mini classes with specif ic topics each month. For those members with special training needs, mini classes in different topics are more targeted and wil l help them break through the bottlenecks encountered in their practice.

Y+ Yoga invites teacvhers from al l over the world to open workshops and open classes for different schools of yoga.
