Gambini Meccanica realizza cremagliere di sezione piatta o quadra con svariate tipologie di materiali e diverse durezze superficiali le cui caratteristiche tecniche specifiche sono indicate nelle pagine successive. Le cremagliere di precisione si dividono a loro volta in due grosse famiglie: a dentatura frontale o elicoidale destra o sinistra. Le classi di qualità realizzabili sono comprese tra qualità Q5 a qualità Q10. Per la qualità Q5 la lunghezza massima raggiungibile è 500 mm mentre per le qualità standard da Q6 a Q10 la massima lunghezza realizzabile è 2000 mm. La capacità produttiva è compresa infine tra modulo M0,5 e modulo M30.
Gambini Meccanica manufactures flat and square section racks with various typologies of materials and different superficial hardness, whose specific technical characteristics are indicated in the following pages. Accuracy racks, in turn, are classified into two big categories : straight racks or right and left helical racks. Quality classes that can be manufactured range from Q5 to Q10 quality.
For Q5 quality the maximum length that can be reached is 500 mm whereas for standard quality Q6 to Q10, the maximum length which can be produced is 2000 mm. Eventually the manufacturing capacity ranges between M0,5 and M30 module.

I materiali utilizzati sono normalmente i seguenti: SAE1141, C45, 39Ni Cr Mo5 bonificato e acciaio inox.
Gambini Meccanica manufactures round section racks, with surface ground and cold drawn status and with right and left straight helical rack. Quality classes and modules that can be manufactured are standard ones and their length is up to 3000 mm. Utilized materials are normally the following: SAE1141, C45, hardened and tempered 39Ni Cr Mo5 and stainless steel.

Gambini Meccanica realizza ingranaggi di precisione fino ad un modulo massimo M10, con profili finiti di utensile o rettificati, a dentatura frontale o elicoidale destra o sinistra con qualsiasi inclinazione. Il massimo diametro esterno realizzabile è di 500 mm. I materiali utilizzati sono dei più svariati tra cui: C45, 18Ni Cr Mo5, 38Ni Cr Mo5 bonificato, 16Mn Cr5 bonificato, tutti i materiali legati o non legati, nylon vari, leghe di ghisa, leghe di comune bronzo e bronzo-alluminio, leghe di alluminio, acciai inox, diverse tipologie di bacheliti.

Gambini Meccanica racks can be manufactured in different accuracy classes. The most utilized accuracy classes are indicated in the following tables: Q5, Q6, Q7, Q8. They are all related to the various lengths of production. The allowable errors which include the one on the single pitch and the ones on all pitches collectively. Moreover Gambini Meccanica technicians are always at disposal for any clarifications about racks precision characteristics.

lunGhezzelenGhtsLe cremagliere di precisione Gambini Meccanica possono essere realizzate in lunghezze fino a 3000 mm in un unico spezzone. La maggior precisione si raggiunge chiaramente eseguendo spezzoni di cremagliere di lunghezze inferiori. La classica cremagliere viene realizzata in spezzoni da 1000 e 2000 mm. Le cremagliere sono sempre tutte giuntabili tra loro fino a raggiungere lunghezze praticamente infinite. Per semplificare ed assistere la giunzione degli spezzoni di cremagliera Gambini Meccanica realizza due sistemi che si differenziano tra loro per la precisione di giunzione realizzabile e di conseguenza il relativo costo. Anche in questo caso i tecnici Gambini Meccanica si rendono disponibili per illustrare nel dettaglio le specifiche tecniche relative ai sistemi di giunzione cremagliere.
Gambini Meccanica accuracy racks can be manufactured in lengths up to 3000 mm in one stage. Obviously, the best accuracy can be reached with a manufacture of inferior length rack stages. Standard rack is manufactured in 1000 and 2000 mm stages. Racks can always be jointed with each other to infinite lengths. In order to simplify and assist rack stages joint, Gambini Meccanica produces two systems which differ from each other in their joint accuracy and in the related cost. As always technicians from Gambini Meccanica are available to illustrate any details and specific technical employments related to joint rack systems.
trattamentI termIcI e superfIcIalIheat and surface treatmentsI trattamenti termici realizzabili sulle cremagliere di precisione e ingranaggi Gambini Meccanica sono svariati. I più tipici e richiesti sul mercato sono il trattamento termico di tempra ad induzione sulle cremagliere e la cementazione e tempra sugli ingranaggi. Sono chiaramente disponibili tutte le tipologie di articoli esenti da qualsiasi trattamento termico. Diversi trattamenti superficiali sono realizzabili a seguito di appositi studi di fattibilità allo scopo di proteggere i particolari da corrosione ed usura. È possibile inoltre l’applicazione di vernici o trattamenti coloranti.
Various heat treatments which can be applied to Gambini Meccanica accuracy racks and gears. The most common and requested heat treatments in the market are the induction hardening for racks and the case hardening for gears. All heat treatment- free typologies of items are also available. Research has shown that different types of surface treatments are available and feasible with the purpose to protect all the parts from corrosion and wear. The application of painting and coloring treatments is possible.

Working speed that Gambini Meccanica racks can reach is valued at about maximum 200mt/per minute, which limits are determined by the rack typology, its manufacturing and any possible additional treatment.

1. In alternativa alla posizione 2 Gambini Meccanica propone come optional la fornitura di una dima di montaggio più lunga in grado di accogliere un maggior numero di denti e quindi di garantire una maggior precisione di montaggio
1. As an alternative to position 2, Gambini Meccanica proposes the supply of a longer assembly template as an optional. It can fit as many teeth as possible and it can guarantee as much assembly precision as possible.
Qui di seguito vengono indicate le due istruzioni di montaggio standard consigliate da Gambini Meccanica. Le cremagliere possono essere montate giuntate fino a raggiungere qualsiasi lunghezza. Durante il montaggio la distanza tra le due cremagliere da giuntare deve garantire il valore del passo della cremagliera stessa.
The two standard assembly instructions suggested by Gambini Meccanica are indicated below. Racks assembly can be jointed up to any possible length. During the assembly the distance between two jointable racks must guarantee the pitch and the rack value.
