Tema ovog rada jeste proces organizova-nja poslovnih sistema, sa posebnim osvrtom na organizacionu strukturu koja nastaje kao

ABSTRACT

The main subject of the paper is the process of organizing business systems, particularly em-phasizing the organizational structure result-ing from the process observed. A statement can be made that organization, as one of the man-agement functions, is the key to success for ef-

-ment of the objectives of any organization. For that particular reason, the main purpose of the paper is to illustrate this management activity

Since the Flowchart of documentation and activities represents an essential document drafted in accordance with the designed organizational structure, the pa-per describes the importance of such document for business operations of organizations.

Based on the assessment and research per-formed for the purpose of this paper, numer-ous results have been obtained on the basis of which it has been proven that an adequately designed organizational structure positively affects business operations of a company, thus emphasizing the importance of the organiza-tion process, organizational design activities,

documentation and activities.

REZIME

Evropska unija (EU) ima zajedničku međunarodnu trgovinsku politiku. U tom kontekstu Unija djeluje jedinstveno po svim spolјnotrgovinskim pitanjima. Evropska unija učestvuje sa oko jednom šestinom u ukupnoj svjetskoj trgovini robama. Kriza je imala značajan uticaj na spolјnotrgovinsku razmjenu u 2009. godini, pošto je prekinula progresivnu spolјnotrgovinsku integraciju roba za EU-28 do 2008. godine. Međutim, ova pojava je kratko trajala, i spolјntrgovinska integracija se vraća na nivo koji je bio zabilјežen u 2008. godini. Učešće spolјnotrgovinskih tokova roba u BDP-u Evropske unije je 13,4% u 2012. godini, u odnosu na 9,8% u 2009. godini. Ovi podaci potvrđuju činjenicu da je oporavak od krize generalno brži za međunarodnu trgovinu u odnosu na rast i strukturu BDP. Trgovinski suficit roba i usluga Evropske unije je 1,5% BDP-a u 2013. godini, u poređenju sa deficitom od 0,7% u Japanu i 3,6% u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama. Trgovinski bilans roba i usluga (u odnosu na ostatak svijeta) u 2013. godini, bio je suficitaran u 21 članici EU. Nјemačka je daleko najveći faktor u spolјnotrgovinskoj razmjeni među zemlјama članicama, u odnosima sa zemlјama izvan Unije u 2013. godini (27,1% ukupnog izvoza roba EU sa ostatkom svijeta, dok je uvoz 18,8%.)

ABSTRACT

The European Union (EU) has a common international trade policy. In this context, the Union acts uniquely on all foreign trade issues. The European Union is participating in about one sixth of the world's total commodity trade. The crisis had a significant impact on foreign trade in 2009 as it broke off the progressive foreign trade integration of EU-28 goods to 2008. However, this phenomenon has lasted for a short time, and foreign trade integration has returned to the level recorded in 2008. The share of foreign trade flows of goods in GDP of the European Union is 13.4% in 2012, compared to 9.8% in 2009. This data confirms the fact that recovery from the crisis is generally faster for international trade than GDP growth and structure. The trade surplus of EU goods and services is 1.5% of GDP in 2013, compared to the 0.7% deficit in Japan and 3.6% in the United States. The trade balance of goods and services (compared to the rest of the world) in 2013 was positive in 21 EU member states. Germany is by far the largest factor in foreign trade between Member States, in relations with non-EU countries in 2013 (27.1% of total exports of EU goods to the rest of the world, while imports are 18.8%).
