    *Therefore, (Liu, 2006) Liu (2006)after making reference to NBPTS methods and the competence indicators of Taiwans Grade 1-9 Curriculum, we have formulated a set of portfolio structure and grading standard that combines teaching and learning. Based on what we came up with, we have also prepared an evaluative digital teaching portfolio system that has (1) clear portfolio evaluation items; (2) clear grading standards; (3) easy-to-follow interfaces. *If the easy-to-follow blog could be developed into a digital portfolio platform of teaching portfolios, then teachers daily teaching would be clearly demonstrated, and teachers would also be willing to use it. Blog simultaneously includes the advantages of webpage and forums: (1) individuality, (2) interactivity, (3) systematically classified files, and it allows users to post their articles and photos, resulting in more possibilities in terms of exchanges and interactions. Moreover, Taiwans teacher evaluation standard is not yet standardized, thus the platform also includes the function of self-defined flexible standards that allows more flexibility for schools as they would be able to formulate their own evaluation standards that classify uploaded files.
