: Due to the different structure and content character of blogs, the traditional ranking algorithm Of web page turns to be insufficient. To solve this problem, a novel ranking algorithm of blog is presented. The algorithm considers both the link analysis and the content analysis of the blog, It helps mining more implicit features of blog, such as common topics, to improve the satisfaction of the users. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve retrieval performance obviously.

: Recently Q&A portals, such as Yahoo! Answers etc., are rapidly growing in popularity. Recommending experts is the crucial problem for the development of Q&A communities. In this paper, we focus on the problem of measuring the reputation of users, in which a question is given by an asker and system returns a ranked list of top K experts. The proposed approach consists of two steps: (1) analysis network structure of Q & A; (2) describe the weighted HITS algorithm, calculate reputation score of each user and recommend experts for asker who post new question. Experiments are carried out on a real-world data crawled from Yahoo! Answers during Mar 24 2008 to Oct 13 2008, which consists of 94759 questions, 473481 answers and 73511 users. The experimental results reveal significant improvements over the baseline methods.

: Traditional classification of supervised learning needs sufficient labeled data. Unfortunately, in practice, the training data are often either too few, expensive to label, or easy to be outdated Most of supervised machine learning methods led to poor performance when working on limited tagged data. In recently years, some researches successfully use unlabeled data to help classification. This paper investigated a novel semi-supervised learning method based on active learning with information entropy. An optimization strategy of selecting training instances, based on active learning, was presented The experiment results show that our method could achieve high performance on small tagged data.

: In allusion to the network characteristic of wireless sensor network and QoS constraints, such as, surplus energy of nodes, time lapse, time lapse wobble, bandwidth and so on. This paper take the maximal surplus energy for the first measurement, simultaneity considering the factors including bandwidth of nodes, time lapse, time lapse wobble and so on, has brought forward multi-QoS constrained multicast route algorithm SEQMRA-W based on maximal nodes' surplus energy, the algorithmic realization process and the step is given, and carry through the certification of algorithmic validity and the analysis of complexity. The experiment indicated that the algorithm in the route success rate, cost of multicast tree. Energy consumption has fairly good characteristic.

: The large scale sparse linear systems often appear in a wide variety of areas of mathematics, physical, fluid dynamics and economics science. So, solving efficiently these systems aroused many authors' interests. The iterative method which can take full advantage of the sparse matrix, thereby saying memory cell, so it is a more practical way to solve large sparse linear algebraic equations. The rule whether the iterative is good is usually described by convergence and convergence rate, thus, we should find an iterative method which has good convergence and fast convergence rate, this owns practical value. In order to solve linear system faster and better, we accelerate the convergence rate of iterative method.For solving the linear system Ax=b, different preconditioned AOR methods have been proposed by many authors. In this paper, we will give comparison of spectral radius between preconditioned Gauss-Seidel iterative methods with basic Gauss-Seidel method and basic AOR with a new preconditioner. Numerical example is also given to illustrate our results.

: Generalized Stochastic Petri-Nets (GSPN) is a kind of high-level abstraction modeling tool for a system with complex state transitions. A GSPN model will conduce to rational decision making during a design process for a system. In this paper a robotized assembly system with complex workflow (assembly tasks flow) is studied, and GSPN model is used to analyze deeply qualitative and quantitative properties of the robotized assembly system. The model will facilitate assessing average performance and testing correctness and consistent of operating sequences of the robotized assembly system. Several performance indexes of GSPN model are formulated such as the probability of a state, math expectation of tokens of a place, firing rate of exponent transitions and average waiting time of a place. On the basis of the method, an A robotized assembly workstation for a automotive transmission component is designed and built successfully.

The synchronization behaviors of coupled Lorenz chaos systems via three kinds of networks are explored, respectively. The bounded property and synchronization criteria for complex networks under consideration are derived. The intrinsic principle for synchronization behavior depends on synchronization error matrix and coupling strength.

: This paper proposes a cooperation mechanism among seller agents and builds a model based on multi-agent system. In the model, a manger agent has been set to watch activities of other agents. It will encourage the cooperative sellers and punish the non-cooperative seller agents by adjust the seller's reputation in the repository. With this mechanism, a seller would complete the trade with the buyer although he doesn't have enough items and the stock of the seller need not too much. The model is simulated in a Multi-Agent simulation platform-JADE. The experimental results show that this cooperation mechanism widens the bound of cooperation among the sellers and saves the stock cost of the sellers.

: In this paper, a robust and effective face detection method with HTF-Boosting is proposed. Firstly, a new feature, called Haar texture feature, is proposed that has many merits compared with Haar-Like feature. Secondly, a new Boosting algorithm, called Haar Texture Feature Boosting (HTF-Boosting), is proposed to construct strong face/nonface classifiers. The HTF-Boosting algorithm trains strong classifiers with with a smaller number of weak classifiers and a little time. What is more, HTF-Boosting algorithm yields higher classification accuracy than AdaBoost algorithm using Haar-Like feature. The experimental results on MIT-CBCL dataset demonstrate HTF-Boosting outperforms traditional AdaBoost. Finally, the test results on MIT+CMU frontal face test set show our face detector is more effective than relative detector. In addition, the proposed algorithm is successfully applied to real-time detection of face and eyes state during driving.

: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is fast becoming an important tool for tracking commodities in supply chain management applications. The movement of commodities through the supply chain forms a gigantic workflow that can be mined for the discovery of trends that in turn can be valuable in understanding and optimizing business processes.In this paper, we propose a method called divide to mine frequency path in RFID datasets by dividing the path data into two sequences, one is locations sequence another is durations sequence. Then mines closed sequential patterns in these two sequences, and integrates them into closed frequency path. We will also prove the correctness and completeness for this method.

: Automated trust negotiation is an approach to establish trust in pervasive computing environment, where the involved participators belong to different security domains and need to establish trust before interactions can take place. However, during the trust negotiation, one's private information can be easily exploited to infer through observing one's behavior, even if access control policies are strictly enforced. In order to prevent such inference, we propose C-ATN, an ATN model based on the credibility of credentials. We propose the access threshold to take place of the access control policies. Compared to the previously proposed approaches, malicious observer can dig out nothing unless the corresponding policies are satisfied. After we demonstrate that finding the safest reply is an NP-Complete problem, we still provide polynomial-time arithmetic to find out the near-optimal solution, and in some cases it is the optimal solution.

: Web services are widely used because of their features of interoperability, loose-coupled and platform independent. Web services composition is one of the hottest topics in service computing area. In this paper a method based on Petri net coverability problem is proposed to handle automatic service composition. First each service is translated into component of Petri net and the input/output places with same semantics are merged. According to user's input and desired output, the initial marking and target marking can be obtained. Then the coverabitity tree and coverability graph can be constructed. At last the node on the coverability graph which can cover the target marking should be find out, and shortest coverability path translated into smallest service executing sequence to reach the goal of automatic service composition.

: Tasks scheduling is a key problem in multi-agent system, traditional tasks scheduling methods can't be applied to new application areas of the MAS such as emergency system. In order to apply agent method to these new areas, this paper proposes a new variant of task scheduling method considering utility. Based on our MAS model, we construct a flow network according to instance of task scheduling problem and add utility to it. We show that minimum cost flow algorithm can be use to task scheduling problem to maximize the utility of the system. Moreover, we use a mathematical method to ensure tasks are schedulable when maximizing the utility. Finally, a conclusion which can be used to determine whether there exists an efficient task scheduling is gained.

: Recently, automatic document classification has attracted a lot of attentions due to the large quantity of web documents. Amongst, a special case is to distinguish whether a document belongs to a target class (Directory) when only the documents of target class are given, which is a standard oneclass classification problem. Moreover, differed from other data, web pages have intrinsic (text) and extrinsic(hyperlink) features. Thus they are very suitable for multiview learning. To tackle the task of one-class document classification, a multiview one-class classifier is proposed, it utilizes the One-cluster clustering based data description (OCCDD) as the base one-class classifier, then gets a oneclass classifier in each view by setting a membership threshold, simultaneously, achieves the consensus of different views by a regularization term. Hereafter, different views boost each other, rather than ensemble the results independently or perform document recognition in single view case. We conduct the experiments on the standard WebKB dataset with OCCDD and the proposed multiview method. Experimental results show the good performance of the multiview method in terms of effectiveness and stability to parameter.

: Network coding allows immediate nodes to mix information from different data flows. Building on this observation, two secure communication protocols are proposed for a communication system on wiretap multicast networks. The first approach relies on linear network coding completely and enables the multicast network to have perfect secrecy without keys, which is the essential distinction from cryptographic methods. Another way of achieving security over wiretap multicast network via encrypting part of source messages. Comparing with other approaches, no network capacity is lost by our methods.

But verifier can reveal the identity of proxy signer only with the help of an original signer when disputation happens. The new scheme has qualities of strong unforgeability and high security.

The smart sliding mode control for weighted small world complex networks is developed based on the ergordicity characteristic of chaos dynamical systems. The most distinctive of this scheme is without involvement of linearization and other ideal assumptions, which forces system state of the modified small-world complex network to approach to the desired manifolds and eventually realize the asymptotical synchronization behavior of weighted small world complex networks.

: Line heat source model is a type of classical heat transfer analysis model for modeling the heat transfer process of ground heat exchanger(GHE) in ground-coupled heat pump system (GCHPs). In this paper, considering the disadvantage of the classical constant heat flux line heat source model, a variable heat flux line source model is developed to simulate the heat transfer of GHE of GCHP operated in variable heat flux by quoting the idea of superposition principle, step load and borehole resistance. The validation on the updated line source model was undertaken by analysis and comparison with the improved and validated cylindrical source model. The results indicate that the developed variable heat flux line source model can simulate the heat transfer process of ground heat exchanger effectively and can be used as a reliable calculation model for vertical U-tube GHE.

: Determination of ground thermal properties is an important part of the design of ground-coupled heat pump system (GCHP). The number of boreholes and the depth and cost of each borehole are mainly dependent on the estimate of the ground thermal properties. This paper summarizes various determining method of ground thermal properties, the test apparatus, test procedure, theory basis and arithmetic on the in situ measurements of ground thermal properties based on analytical solution models are analyzed in detail, which includes the data curve-fit method based on the line heat source model and parameters estimation method based on the line heat source and cylindrical heat source model. The calculated precisions of the three methods are compared by an example calculation, the influence of test duration on calculated results is investigated. The results indicate that the estimate value of ground thermal conductivity by data-curve fit method is appreciably bigger than that by parameter estimation method and the calculated results are affected by the test duration.

: This electronic document Isothermal oxidation kinetics of pure nickel and its lanthanum ion-implanted sample are studied at 900 degrees C. Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) are used to examine the surface morphology and microstructure of oxide films. Laser Raman spectrometer and X-ray diffraction spectrometer (XRD) are used to study the stress level in oxide films formed on La-free and La-implanted Ni. Secondary ion massive spectrum (SIMS) Is used to examine Ni, O and La element distribution in depth in oxide films. Results show that La-implantation remarkably reduces the growing speed and grain size of NiO film; Meanwhile it changes the oxide film growing mechanism from predominant cation outward diffusion to anion inward diffusion. The fine-grained La-containing NiO film can relieve part of internal stress via high temperature creeping, and results in heterogeneous stress distribution in depth. XRD and Raman testing results show the stress declination effect due to La-implantation, and discrepancy between the two testing results is analyzed regarding to the rare earth effect during the film growing process.

: The discussion of system steady-state error in classical control theory starts from transfer function and focuses on the study of the system open-loop transfer function. When the system input is an arbitrary function, it introduces the dynamic error coefficient method to study steady-state error, but when the input has high-order derivative, the dynamic error coefficients is difficult to obtain. This problem is solved perfectly when the system steady-state error is researched in state-space expression of modem control theory. The dynamic error coefficient can be obtained through operation of the interrelated matrixes and the steady-state error can also be obtained to any input.

: Bi5Fe0.75Co0.25Ti3O15 (BFCTO) ferroelectric thin films have been synthesized on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si (100) substrates by metal organic deposition (MOD) method. The microstructure, surface morphologies, ferroelectric and fatigue properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction, AFM and SEM indicates that the films were well crystallized. The remnant polarization (P-r) and coercive field (E-c) increase with the increases of maximum electric field. At a maximum applied field of 547kV/cm, the P-r and E-c values are determined to be 31 mu C/cm(2) and 142 kV/cm, respectively. The films show no significant change of P-sw and P-ns up to 1.1 x 10(9) read/write cycles at a frequency of 50 kHz.

: This article presents a brief review about some common properties of cooperation-competition networks described by affiliation bipartite graphs. Firstly, the distributions of three statistical quantities, the two bipartite graph degrees and a projected unipartite graph degree, which describes the network cooperation-competition configuration, are introduced. The common function forms of the distributions are deduced by the analytic and numerical analyses of a network evolution model, and then verified by the empirical investigations on 23 real world cooperation-competition systems. Secondly, for a description on the competition results, a node weight is proposed which represents a kind of its competition gain. A common node weight distribution function is empirically observed in the 23 real world systems. Thirdly, the relationships between the properties describing the cooperation-competition configuration and the competition properties are discussed. The only example reported in this article is the correlation between the node weight and a bipartite graph degree. These studies may be helpful for the development of complex system theory and the understanding of some important real world systems.

: A novel and reliable direct electrochemical method was established for the detection of adenine, based on the differential pulse anodic stripping response at a poly (amidosulfonic acid) (poly-ASA)-modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) fabricated by electropolymerization. The characterization of electrochemically synthesized poly-ASA film was investigated by atomic force microscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and voltammetric methods. This poly-ASA-modified GCE could greatly enhance the detection sensitivity of adenine. At optimum conditions, the anodic peak exhibits a good linear concentration dependence in the range from 3.0 x 10(-8) to 1.0 x 10(-6) M (r=0.9994). The detection limit is 8.0 x 10(-9) M (S/N=3). The proposed method could be used to determinate the adenine in tablets of vitamin B-4 with satisfactory results.

: Aiming at the seismic design requirement of "strong column-weak beam" frame structure and combined with test data analysis and computer simulation, the influence of slab bar participation on inelastic response and the yielding-damage mechanism of frame structure have been investigated. Two design schemes that considering the slab bars or neglecting the slab bars were respectively applied to an example frame building to compare the damage situations, which were simulated by the nonlinear time history analysis program SARCF (Seismic Analysis of Reinforced Concrete Frames). The research indicated that slab bars in the tensile zone have a direct enhancing action on the capacity of the frame beam resisting negative moment, which will increase with the augmentation of the monolithic deformation of the beam-slab member. The effect of slab bar participation will develop adequately after the peak ground acceleration acting on the structure reaches the level of design basic acceleration of ground motion. The design method neglecting the slab bars will underestimate the actual flexural strength of the frame beam, which will result in a change of seismic behavior of the structure from "strong column-weak beam" to "strong beam-weak column", and the probability of the change will increase with the augmentation of earthquake action.

: An algorithm for mining frequent subgraphs in large database of labeled graphs is proposed. The algorithm uses incidence matrix to represent the labeled graphs and to detect their isomorphism. Starting from the frequent edges from the graph database, the algorithm searches the frequent subgraphs by adding frequent edges progressively. By normalizing the incidence matrix of the graph, the algorithm can effectively; reduce the computational cost on verifying the isomorphism of the subgraphs. Experimental results show that the algorithm has higher speed and efficiency than that of other similar ones.

: A License Plate Recognition (LPR) System is one kind of Intelligent Transport systems and is of considerable interest because of its potential applications to areas such as highway electronic toll collection, Traffic Monitoring System and so on. This paper proposes A real-time and robust method for license plate location. The system captures the images of the vehicles with a digital camera. An algorithm for the extraction of license plate has been designed and an algorithm for segmentation of license plate is proposed. The performance of the system has been investigated on real images of about 600 vehicles captured under various illumination conditions. The location rates of about 99.5% shows that the system is effective.

: This paper presents a video-based urban traffic flow detection system and a novel vehicle recognition algorithm. Firstly, moving objects on the roadway are detected. Then, the vehicles are recognized based on their motion information and shape characteristics. Considering that objects' shadows will impact the objects appearance and result in false recognition, a novel shadow detection approach is described: object shadows' are detected and separated from the moving objects by using intensity characteristics. The experiment results show that the system can greatly reduce the impact of shadow, and accurately detect and recognize the vehicles on the urban multi-traffic road, while satisfying the real-time requirement.

: The energy used for suspended sediment is one of the important parts in energy balance equation in sediment-laden flow. Based on the summary of the existing energy balance equations of sediment-laden flow, the drawbacks of these equations have been pointed out. A new expression of suspension work has been proposed from the velocity distribution law in sediment-laden flow. The energy balance equation in sediment-laden flow based on the new expression of suspension work not only can account for the effects of sediment transport on flow energy balance, but also can explain the existing experimental results of the resistance variations in sediment-laden flow. The comparisons with measured data show that the results by using of the new expression of suspension work in energy balance equation can improve the accuracy of prediction of flow resistance in sediment-laden flow.

: The Elbow-inlet passage with low loss and little width is a typical passage of pumping station. A new optimization criterion for hydraulic design is put forward. The incompressible N- S equations are solved by the finite volume method. Base on the RNG k-epsilon model with Wall-Function Law, the SIMPLEC algorithm is applied for the solution of the discretization governing equation. Using CFD, the flow pattern in passage is revealed. The flow patterns in the elbow-inlet passage are classified as three patterns phases: horizontal contraction, elbow bend and vertical phase. According to axial velocity of ten sections, the new criteria of named height of pump (NHP) and other control parameters for Elbow-inlet passage is suggested. A good agreement is achieved between the numerical simulation and experimental results. The computational model is much more effective for hydraulic performance study. The optimum hydraulic design method was established: First, the shape of passage is designed on the optimum control parameters. Second, the sections of passage are designed according to the smooth average velocity. Finally, flow patterns are studied in order to find its hydrodynamic characteristics. This method could simply the design of Elbow-inlet Passage.

: From the perspective of the early warning, we have selected the groundwater quarter change as the indicators of early warning of groundwater, established the multiple adaptive regression splines early warning model for regional groundwater, analysed the driven factors of groundwater dynamic change. Through the real example, we compared the logistic regression model with MARS model. The result shows that the MARS model is more reliable and practical. But because of the region characteristic of the factors, when we use MARS model we must select the fitting indicators.

: For insufficiently sampled random motion data on entire motion space, Isomap can not always offer perfect low dimensional representation, which is valuable for motion analysis and motion trajectories. For the sake of obtaining excellent low dimensional representation of random motion data, MDS is adopted to combine insufficiently sampled motion data with sufficiently sampled motion data of training. The combination method is independent of moving objects and background. Then the combined motion data are used as the united input of Isomap. SVR is applied to calibrate the output of Isomap. Experiments results illustrate proposed method has the capability of providing ideal motion trajectories for insufficiently sampled motion data.

: In this paper, we study the multiscale finite element method for solving elliptic problems with rapidly oscillating coefficients, which contain a multiple scale parameters. The method is capable of perfectly capturing the information of the solution in the local partial differential equation, through constructing the multiscale base functions with proper boundary condition. We refine the oscillatory boundary condition for the multiscale bases in the local problem under the assumption that the coefficients are variables separated. And we can demonstrate the superiority of the oscillatory boundary bases to acquire not only more accurate but also convergent solution on the coarse uniform grids through the numerical experiments, rather than the linear boundary bases.

: We propose a construction method for constructing quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (QC LDPC) codes based on subgroup's coset. Our construction method is available not only for the prime circulants size, but also for the nonprime circulants size in some conditions. And it is sho
