Key words:conde璐er;stainless st钾l tube:corrosion O前言 现在使用不锈钢管凝汽器的电厂越来越多,与铜管、钛 管相比,不锈钢管具有良好的机械性能、耐蚀性能、经济性 能,不锈钢管凝汽器总的传热性能也不差,得到了许多电厂 的认可。但是不论是不锈钢管还是钛管都不是万无一失的。 不锈钢管种类多,性能和价格相差较大,只有选材合理、质 量合格、安装正确、运行维护得当,才能充分发挥其技术、经 济优势11’21。否则,也会出现腐蚀泄漾。某电厂304不锈钢 焊接管凝汽器2001年lO月投用,2004年3月大修后出现了 大面积的腐蚀泄漏,为此对不锈钢管凝汽器腐蚀泄漏的原因 进行了试验研究。 l 腐蚀表象及使用工况 经抽管检查,不锈钢管上有较多的孔洞,且主要集中在 焊缝处,汽侧孔径明显大于水侧,有的蚀坑在汽侧已经较大, 但是在水侧肉眼还看不出,似乎腐蚀是从汽侧开始向水侧发 展的。但若认定腐蚀在汽侧,则无法解释原因。根据作者以 前的大量不锈钢点蚀试验研究,不锈钢的点蚀坑基本上都是 口小里面大,甚至表面上肉眼还看不出有蚀坑,但若将表面 稍稍磨掉一点,就会出现较大的蚀坑,且在一定的深度上越 来越大。文献[3]也认为不锈钢的点蚀孔通常是一种典型的 “闭塞腐蚀孔穴”(0cc)。因此可以认为腐蚀还是从水侧开 始的,应该从水侧找原因。 该厂循环冷却水补水为地下水,冷却水补水水质分析统 计数据见表1,循环冷却水水质分析统计数据见表2。 由表l、表2可知,该厂冷却水的碱度、硬度都较高,容易 结垢。为防止结垢,该厂经历了高频电子水处理仪阻垢、加 有机膦阻垢剂HN一331等方法,但在浓缩倍率3.0左右,仍然 结垢严重,运行时间短的3个月,长的不到16个月,不得不 多次进行酸洗。2004年3月大修也进行了酸洗。酸洗液是 浓度约为5%的Hcl,为防止腐蚀加了0.5%的若丁和0.5% 的乌洛托品作为缓蚀剂,并曾经用腐蚀失重法做了腐蚀试 验,未发现有严重的腐蚀失重。另外该厂还使用了粘泥剥离 剂。 2腐蚀试验研究 为找出不锈钢管凝汽器腐蚀泄漏的原因,对随机所带的 不锈钢新管,进行了不锈钢管、水处理药剂和酸洗液的腐蚀 性能试验。 收稿日期:2006_03—04 基金项目:上海市重点学科建设项目基金(P1302)。 作者简介:梁磊(1955-),男,江苏宝应人,高级工程师,从事热力设备腐蚀与防护及冷却水处理等方面的研究。 万方数据
