1. Estado de ánimo depresivo la mayor parte del día, casi cada día según loindica el propio sujeto (por ejemplo, se siente triste, vacío, sin esperanza) o laobservación realizada por otros (por ejemplo, parece lloroso). (Nota: En los niños y
adolescentes, el estado de ánimo puede ser irritable.)2. Marcada disminución del interés o placer en todas o casi todas lasactividades, la mayor parte del día, casi cada día (según refiere el propio sujeto uobservan).3. pérdida de peso significativa sin hacer dieta o ganancia de peso (por ejemplo,un cambio de más del 5% del peso corporal en un mes), o disminución o aumentodel apetito casi todos los días. (Nota: En niños hay que valorar el fracaso para hacerla ganancia de peso esperada).4. insomnio o hipersomnia casi todos los días.

Fisiologico: 10-40 mcg/LFKC: VO despues de comidas –no une a proteínas – nivelesestables en 5d. No se metaboliza.½ 24h 95% orina secreción.Aumentan litemia: diuréticos (noosmóticos o HCO3i) , AINES,IECAS, poca sal, deshidratación
hiponatremica. Bajan:acetazolamida, manitol, muchasal. Es seguro con otros fármacospsiquiátricos.
• CONTROLES: EKG, TA, peso,Fx renal, tiroidea, hemograma.
• DOSIS: 400-600 mg/d ---- 900-2400 md/D• NIVELES:

REACCIONES ADVERSAS

• SNC: somnolencia, mareo, insomnio,
nerviosismo.• Dermatológico: alopecia
• GI: nausea, diarrea, vómitos
• Hematológico: trombocitopenia
• Neuromuscular: tremor
• Respiratorio: inf tracto respiratorio
1%-10%• CV: Hipertensión, edema periferico
• GI: eructos, flatulencia, hematemesis
• Hepático: aumento TGO TGP
