1. About Testing Center
New Energy Testing Center was established in 2009 which aimed at testing and certification for
new energy products. This Testing Center covers an area about 3000 square meters and contains four
laboratories, High Power Product‘s Lab, Environment Test Lab, EMC Test Lab and Electrical Safety
Lab. It has 1MW global power grid environment, advanced testing equipments and test analysis
team rich in experience. Besides it is in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.
Quality policy
Scientific & just, accurate & reliable, normative, customer satisfaction
Testing must be done according to the following principle, test method should be scientific,
behavior must be just to ensure results are accurate and reliable, good specification and satisfied
testing service to clients.
Quality object
Do not have any conclusive mistake in the test report.
Accuracy rate is more than 95.5%.
Customer satisfaction is more than 80%.
Testing completion rate is more than 95% every month.
Laboratory qualification
From now on New Energy Testing Center has obtained the authorization from UL, VDE, TUV
and other certification authorities. These authorities also test and carry out projects in it, such as
solar power and electrical quality test items of NESC, CQC certification item of CCIC Southern
Electronic Product Testing (Shen Zhen) Co. LTD, Nuclear power plant high-capacity battery energy
storage system prototype identification of China General Nuclear Power Group Technology Institute,
CGC certification item of Shen Zhen Academy of Metrology & Quality inspection, SAA
certification item of Bureau Veritas.

Field testing
The test of BSG250K- U isolated photovoltaic inverter contains 40 test items according to the
standard UL1741 and IEEE1547, the typical items are over voltage test, under voltage test, over
frequency test, under frequency test, islanding detection, temperature rise test, overload test,
voltage/insulation resistance, rainfall test, and EMI test and so on.
The test of BSG500KTL-E non-isolated photovoltaic inverter contains 50 test items according to the
standard VDE0126-1-1 and IEC62109, the typical items are over voltage test, under voltage test,
over frequency test, under frequency test, islanding detection, DC injection test, Single fault test,
temperature rise test, dust prevention test, voltage/insulation resistance, EMC test and so on.
