1. Strengthen Competitiveness of

Korea 1) <Education> - ‘‘University Shifting’’ (Moving SNU to Jeonla Province, Korea Univ.to Chungcheong province,

Yeonsei Univ to Kangwon province.- which areas are much required to be developed. ) ~And also many prestigious high schools can be moved.

Expected Effects - Education inequality will be decreased. – Will be established lots of SOC nearby shifted univ. - Local Real Estate Prices will be increased. - Population of Seoul & Metropolitan will be decreased.

Local region`s Econmy will be enhanced gradually.

Korea 2) <Industry> Traffic system – ‘‘Basement Road

system’’ (Linking each part of Korean local territory with many Roads that

goes under the ground.)

Expected Effects - Traffic Jams in Korea can be resolved. Korean Traffic Circumstances will be much

better. - Korean Distribution Industry and trade business

will be remarkably vitalized. Nation`s Econmy will be enhanced drastically.

2. Enhancing Quality of people`s life

3) <Environment> - ‘‘Fresh Korea’’

(- To make a lot of terrific forests and parks with amenities in the city to make atmosphere much fresher. -City coexists with Forest.)

Expected Effects – Atmosphere in Korea, especially big cities, can be remarkably advanced. Air pollution will be reduced. - Cities which are completed the ‘‘Fresh Korea’’ project will be transformed to wonderful sightseeing places. Tourist Industry may be enhanced, certainly. People`s quality of life can be much better than before.

4) <Culture & Welfare> - ‘‘Happy family’’

(- To found many cutting-edged nurseries and day care center which is needed for career women who have their babies.)

(- To found large cultural & welfare centers in each part of districts for senior citizens)

Expected Effects – Worries about child care will be absolutely diminished. - Supporting senior citizens who live alone.

‘Warm-hearted’ Korean society will come true.
