A1 國立臺灣大學 105 學年度第 1 學期第 2 次教務會議紀錄 時間:民國 106 01 06 日上午 9 時整 地點:第 2 學生活動中心國際會議廳 主席:郭教務長鴻基 出席:詳簽到本 記錄:謝佩紋 甲、報告事項 一、 申請增設系、所、學位學程相關業務報告案 (一) 教育部以 105/09/30 臺教高(一)字第 1050134925B 號函核定同 意本校 106 學年度增設國際學士學位學程案。 (二)本校獸醫學系學士班修業年限由 5 年制改為 6 年制申請延至 107 學年度實施 1 案,業經教育部以 105/11/25 臺教高(二)字第 1050160734 號函同意備查。 (三)有關增設調整 107 學年度特殊項目院系所學位學程案,本校業以 105/11/30 校教字第 1050098554 號函向教育部提報申請增設「學 士後護理學系學士班」1 班別,惟因該班別刻正循本校教學研究 單位之增設、變更、合併、停辦審核標準及作業辦法相關規定進 行審查中,將於通過校務會議審議,完成校內審查程序後,另行 補報該部。 (四) 有關增設調整 107 學年度博士班案,因教育部同意本校繼續試辦 自審博士班增設調整分流授權計畫,預計相關案件將依該部規定 105/04 完成報部作業。 二、 辦理教師免評鑑作業 本校 105-1 學期申請免評鑑教師共 13 名,案經 105/11/22 免評鑑資格 審議小組會議審議後,計 13 名通過。 三、 書卷獎 104 學年度第 2 學期學士班成績優良受獎學生計 889 名,獲獎學生 各發給獎狀乙張及獎金 2,000 元。 四、 停修作業 105 學年度第 1 學期學生申請停修課程於 12/09 截止。原則上每人限 停修一科,全校共計停修 3,259 筆(學士班 2,336 筆、進修學士班 0 筆,研究生 923 筆)。有學生申請停修之科目班次合計 1,503 班。
