    Wird of Arafah

Shaykh Mohammad Nazim Al-Haqqani An-Naqshibendi, Sohbat of the 31st October 2011.

It will be as they (Saudia) declares. No one can do as they like about this. They will go up

(Arafah) on the day according to the fatwa given there (Saudi Arabia). This is the answer.

    (H.R.) Are there instructions?

( M.) Al-Hizbul Azam... They will complete Al-Hizbul Azam. No smoking, no sheesha! No

fighting or arguing on that day. They may be busy with prayers & dua. Finish. If they do this, they will pass through as "clean". Otherwise, they return as they left.

(H.R.)And the ones who could not go?

(M.) May Allah grant it to them.

(H.R.) Are there instructions for them?

(M.) Yes, there are, there are.. Of course there are..If it is possible for them.

    Where is Rukiyya?

(H.R.) It says, it is to be read on the Day of Arafah.

(M.)They may read this. The Day of Arafah they may recite:

La Ilaha illa Allah Wah'dahu La Shariqa Lah Lahu Al Mulk wa Lahul Hamd Yuhyi waYumit

wa Huwa ala Kulli Shay'in Qadir 100x.Surat al Ikhlas, 100x.

SubhanAllah wa Al Humdulillah wa La Ilaha illa Allah wa Allahu Akbar,100x.

    Istighfar 100x.

Salawat on the Prophet (sas) 100x.

Increase the recitations, during dua & weeping so favours may be granted.

(M.) You understand? They may read this. Does it say 1000x?

(H.R.) it says in all of them, 100x....

(M.) Each 100 times. For the Day of Arafah, from the morning till evening 1000 Ikhlas.

This is what Grandsheikh said. They may read 1000 Ikhlas on the day of Arafah. Does it mention

    100x "la hawla..", right?

( H.R.)La Ilaha illa Allah Wah'dahu La Lahul Mulk wa Lahu Al Hamd, wa Huwa ala KulliShay'in Qadir. (M.) This.

(H.R.) SubhanAllah, wal Humdulilah, wa La Ilaha illa Allahu, wa Allahu Akbar wa la Hawla wa

la Quwwata illa Billah Al Aliyal Azim, 100x.

(M.)What our Grandsheikh said, they may finish reading 1000 Ikhlas on that day, till sunset.

"Qul Huwa Allahu 'Ahadun .." (112:1)

    Eid is the coming week?

(H.R.) Yes, it is. According to their calculations, next Sunday.

( M.) Eid was going to be next Saturday, so that it would be Hajjul Akbar.

    (H.R.) Yes.

(M.) Anyway, ok. They will receive its Reward. May Allah forgive us. Fatiha.

    (H.R.) For the fasting?(M.) 8th & 9th.

    (H.R.) 2 days.

(M.) Tarwiya & Arafah. This is for us. But for the hajjis, there is no fasting on the day of Arafah.

They are busy with the rites of Hajj. No need for them.
