FIAT je uvijek bio nešto više od festivala – (hiper)aktivni festival, festival sa tezom, festival kao autorski čin. FIAT i fiatovska publika zajedno su, međusobno gravitirajuću jedno oko drugog, postakli odgovorono promišljanje pozorišta, savremene umjetnosti i kulture u najširem smislu: uvijek podstičući politiku opažanja, a ne opažanje politike.

Danas kada se savremeno pozorište nalazi između nekog post i nekog neo, između prošlosti koja će biti budućnost i budućnosti koja se već desila, ali pod nekim drugim imenom, naša odgovornost, pitanja i zadaci koji nas okupiraju mijenjaju se i produbljuju. Stalna je potraga za novim formama, definicijama, konceptima; strah od gubitka koraka, potonuća u dogmatsko, u jezivo passe, u pakao anahronizma, koji je ovom prostoru itekako poznat. Međutim, ako nas je nečemu naučila istorija pozorišta, to je da ona pulsira u pravilnim razmacima ka drami i od drame. Uprkos svim trendovima, pravcima, strujama i uticajima uvjereni smo da smo se i ove godine okupili iz istih onih razloga zbog kojih se oko FIAT-a okuplja publika već trideset godina. (Priču o diskuntinuitetu ćemo ostaviti za drugu priliku). A ti razlozi su: da pratimo priču, budemo omađijani iluzijom, ali i da se suočimo sa stvarnošću, da osjetimo i sreću i tugu i empatiju i akciju i provokaciju, na koncu, i katarzu.

U godini u kojoj svijet slavi jubilej 450 godina od rođenja Šekspira, mi se pitamo šta je to savremeno i eksperimentalno čitanje dramske klasike. To pitanje čini okosnicu našeg programa. Između prošlogodišnjeg, obnovljenog izdanja FIAT-a uspjeli smo da u koprodukciji sa Grad Teatrom Budva i JU „Zahumlje” Nikšić napravimo predstavu „Tri sestre” sa kojom otvaramo ovogodišnji FIAT.

Ova predstava će biti van takmičarske selekcije, u kojoj će se većim dijelom naći predstave, koje, svaka ponaosob daje odgovor na pitanje koje se postavlja u tematu programa. U njemu ćete prepoznati predstave koje ostaju izvan početne teme, ali unutar onoga što se prepoznaje kao duh FIAT-a. Tim prostorom vlada pravo na različitost, pravo na Drugost, pravo na slobodu - slobodu stavranja i slobodu mišljenja.

Crnogorski umjetnici različitih profilacijia su oduvijek nalazili prostor za sebe unutar FIAT-a. Prošle godine taj prostor označen imenom Montenegro Art Guerilla koja se nastavlja i ove godine. Taj prostor smo dopunili programom kreative industrije, posebno vodeći računa o humanitarnom aspektu. Razgovori, projekcije, koncerti, partiji, zokružiće ovogodišnji FIAT, na kojem ćete moći, nadamo se, i dobro zabaviti.

A pored dobre zabave, vjerujemo da ćete na FIAT-u pronaći i svoj prostor slobode.

FIAT was always more that a festival - (hyper)active festival, festival with thesis, festival as the authoring act. Gravitating around each other, FIAT and its audience encouraged responsible thinking in theatre, contemporary art and culture in its wides context: always encouraging the politics of observation in contrast to the observation of the politics.

Today, when modern theatre is between post and neo, between past that will soon be the future and the future that has already happened just by some other name, responsibilities, questions and assignments that we deal with are changing and deepening. We are in the constant search of new forms, definitions, concepts; fear of ”loosing one’s feet”, sinking into dogmas, into creepy passé, into the hell of anachronism that we, from these spaces, are so familiar with. Nevertheless, the history of theatre thought us that it pulsates in regular sequences towards and away from drama. In spite trends, movements, currents and influences, we are convinced that this year we gathered around the same reasons which gathered audience around FIAT during these 30 years. (We will leave the story about its discontinuity for some other time.) Those reasons are: to follow the story, to get enchanted by the illusion but also to confront the reality, to feel happiness, sadness, empathy, action, provocation and at the end catharsis.

In the year of celebrating 450 years since Shakespeare’s birth, we ask ourselves that does contemporary and experimental reading of the drama classics means? This is the question around which our this year’s programme revolves. Between last year’s revived issue of FIAT, we managed to create the performance ”Three Sisters” in cooperation with Budva Theatre City and Public Institution Zahumlje from Niksic. The performance will open this year’s FIAT.

The performance will be out of competition selection along with other performances that, in their own way, offer an answer to the theme question of the programme. You will recognise the performances that will stay outside the initial theme but remain in what’s called the spirit of FIAT. That space is ruled by the diversity, right to be different, right to freedom - freedom to create and freedom to have an opinion.

Montenegrin artist of different profiles always managed to find their space inside FIAT. That space had its name last year - Montenegro Art Guerrilla which will continue to exist this year. We added new segment of programme called Creative Industries and paid special attention to its humanitarian aspect. Discussions, projections, concerts and parties will fulfil this year’s FIAT and give you the opportunity to have fun.

Besides fun, we hope that FIAT will help you to find your own space for freedom. F

Može se reći da je ovo predstava o nemogućnosti ljubavi, ali i o neuhvatljivim, izmičućim zadovoljstvima koje uključuje potraga za njom, bez koje bi naši životi na ovoj planeti bili prazniji i jaloviji. Osim teme ljubavi, predstava kopa i po terenu društvenih odnosa, posljedica krupnih političkih promjena, urušavanja nasljeđenih sistema vrijednosti. Ukupno posmatrano, ove „Tri sestre” imaju guste značenjske slojeve koji nas izazivaju na poetsko-filozofska traganja, na suočavanja sa mislima o postojanju i patnji, o važnosti rada, o samoći i njenom prevazilaženju, o uticaju sudbine, kao i o mogućnostima da se ona nadjača ličnom upornošću. This is a performance about the inability of love as well as uncatchable, vanishing pleasures included in the search for it, without whom our lives in this planet would be shallower and pointless. Besides love, the performance digs into the field of social relations, consequences of major political changes, collapse of the inherited values. Over whole, this adaptation of ”Three Sisters” posses dense layers of significance that challenge us to venture into poetical and philosophical explorations, to face our thoughts on existence and suffering, on importance of creation, loneliness and overcoming it, the influence of destiny as well as possibility to surpass it by personal persistence. * Gostovanje predstave „Merlinkina ispovijest” realizovana je u saradnji sa Crnogorskom LGBTIQ Asocijacijom „Kvir Montenegro” a u okviru projekta „LGBTIQ vidljivost protiv homofobije“ koji je finansijski podržan od strane Evropske komisije posredstvom Koalicije za ravnopravnost KORAK.

Kod Vjerana mi je posebno potresna čežnja za ljubavlju koja isijava iz svake njegove rečenice, iz svake njegove misli, bila ona ispovjedna, bila ona obraćanje Bogu ili pak ispunjena gomilom psovki kojima je želio da šokira i privlači pažnju. Biće koje je toliko čeznulo za ljubavlju, duboko, do same svoje srži, i u toj čežnji koja se nikada nije ostvarila tragično sagorjelo, zaslužuje da se njime bavi umjetnost, postavljajući svoja vječna pitanja koja večno i ostaju bez valjanog odgovora, o ljubavi, čežnji, autodestrukciji, usamljenosti, patnji… Čini mi se da ljudi poput Vjerana postoje upravo zato da bi u svom životu odslikali sve fundamentalne probleme ljudske egzistencije, da bi poslužili kao neki tragični primjer, kao ogledalo koje će zauvijek zarobiti našu pažnju, vraćati nas sebi kako bismo u tragizmu njihove sudbine reflektovali i provjeravali sopstveni tragizam koji teško da ikad može da se poredi sa njihovim... I find Vjeran’s longing for love shining through his every sentence, every thought, confession or not, talk to God or filled with bunch of curses which he used to attract attention and shock. The creature that longed for love so much, so deep, till its very core, and burned in that same longing that tragically never fulfilled, deserved to be treated by art, to pose eternal questions that would eternally stay without just answer, about love, about longing, auto-destruction, loneliness, suffering… It seems to me that people like Vjeran exist to picture fundamental problems of human existence through their own life, to serve as a tragic example, as a mirror that will always attract our attention, draw us to itself so that we can reflect and question our own tragedy that can hardly ever by compared with their tragic destiny... Space we dwell in thus becomes wider and deeper, the reason gives place to madness, dreams and reality become interlaced and in those moments everything that is becomes variable, love is the only constant which led us to cognition. U „Drugoj Slobodi” autori spajaju motive iz njihovi pređašnjih solo i zajedničkih komada i potom ih dalje razvijaju u eksperimentalnom maniru, bez opsesivnog prenaglašavanja tačnih dramaturških okvira performansa. U ovom mnoštvu uloga, slika i transformacija, uzdiže se potencijal za refleksijom i samorefleksijom tako da ga jasno vidimo kako teče trajanjem samog performansa. Strah od slobode postaje simptom sputane seksualne i političke emancipacije koja poziva na samo-organizaciju procesa oslobođenja. U ovom pogledu, moglo bi biti mudro razmisliti o mogućnostima dubljeg otvaranja horizonata performansa u cilju što direktnijeg pomijeranja granice između publike i izvođača, što bi doprinijelo radikalnijoj trangresiji estetike scene na tlo politike kao mjesta na koje može stupiti svako, bez izuzetka. In Druga svoboda/The Second Freedom, the authors paste together some motives from their previous solo and co-authored pieces and then develop them in an experimental manner, without obsessing excessively about the exact dramaturgical limits of the performance. In this diversity of roles, images and transformations the potential for reflection and self-reflection arises and we see it run smoothly during the performance itself. The fear against freedom thus once again turns out to be the symptom of inhibited sexual or political emancipation that calls for self-organization of the liberation process. In this respect, it might be prudent to consider the possibilities for horizons of the performance to open further in order to more directly address the border between the audience and the performers and thus allow for a more radical transgression from stage aesthetics into the landscape of politics as that very space where anyone can enter without being excluded. Poznati glumac je dobio nervni slom i ostao u zbilji svoje posljednje pretstave. Sasvim slučajno je igrao Hamleta. Zatim su psihijatri metodom zaigravanja njegov bizarno deluzionalan poremećej liječili tako što su svi igrali karaktere iz Hamleta. Naša pretstava govori upravo o takvom slučaju iz Makedonije. Pretstava je metafora pokušaja komunikacije vijekova, koji koegzistiraju na našem podneblju. U Makedoniji za sto godina je proslo tri vijeka, tako da drama i hladnoća zapadnoevropskog tipa psihijatra simbiozom stvaraju atmosferu plastične dijaloske drame sa modernim mini/filmskim izrazom. Tendenciozno začuđena i spora tišina psihološkog karaktera dozvoljava publici da izbliza i lično studira i apsorguje dijagnoze bolesnika i doktora u predstavi. The famous actor got nervous breakdown and stayed in the reality of his last performance. By chance he played Hamlet. Psychiatrist tried to cure his bizarrely delusional disorder by playing the character roles from Hamlet. Our performance is about such real case from Macedonia. Performance is a metaphor for attempt to communicate centuries which coexist in our region. Just in hundred year, Macedonia went through three centuries, thus drama and coldness of West European psychiatrists symbiotically creates the atmosphere of ductile dialog drama with modern mini/movie like expressions. Tendentiously astonishing and slow silence of the psychological character allows the audience to closely and personally study and absorb patient diagnosis and doctor in the performance. Koncept predstave oslanja se na prvobitni Žarijev tekst: farsu koju su osmislili adolescenti; divlju i satiričnu parodiju pohlepe i moći koja postaje izvanredni akt surealističnog pokreta. Tu takođe počinje i performans: spajanjem svakodnevne stvarnosti i teatra bez namjere za povlačenjem linije između. Teško je reći da li je ironija na licima glumaca dio uloge ili lična glumčeva vizija karaktera i priče. Kralj Ibi ponovo pravi veliki korak i otvara vrata između umjetnosti i svakodnevice - čak su i probe bile otvorene za zainteresovane. Igra lutkara, ljudi koji nas pozivaju u svoju radionicu i prostor koji pokazuje njihove refleksije kroz nemilosrdnu farsu moći i društva, zasmijava nas i istovremeno tjera na razmišljanje, uvodi nas u brzi ritam simfonije o ljudskom postojanju. The basic concept of the performance goes back to the origin of Jarry’s text: a farce conceived by adolescent students; a wild and satirical parody of greed and power that became an outstanding act of the surrealist movement. Here starts the performance, too: it fuses everyday reality and theatre without any intention to draw a borderline between them. It is hard to say whether the ironic grin on the players face belongs to the role or to the actor himself who has his own vision upon the characters and the story. Ubu King makes again a big step in opening a window between arts and quotidian even the rehearsals could be followed by those interested. A game of puppeteers, of people inviting us to their workshop and venue showing their own reflections via a ruthless farce of power and society make us laugh and think, drift us with their high pace of symphony written on human existence. HAMLET: BITI ILI BITI!

Današnja dilema nije biti ili ne biti već biti i kako biti, zašto biti, upkos svemu, u čije ime i kako biti. Ne biti znači mirnoću, tišinu, jedinku u vječnosti vremena. Biti danas znači biti bačen u „opštu civilizaciju u kojoj patnja, samoća, izdaja, ludilo i jad imaju opšte ime: globalni progres. Nema više zamkova, kraljeva, dvorskih lavirinata: globalno tržište nudi trgovinu sa svim i svačim, čak i Hamletovom krvlju, koja je uzged, veoma povoljna. U potpuno ovladanom prostoru čovječanstva nova kataklizma se naziva „izobilje” - slika, zvukova, informacija. Babilon je među nama: inflacija slika nas sprečava da prepoznajemo jedni druge, slušamo jedni druge, razumijemo jedni druge - slijepi i gluvi hodamo fenomenalnim i golemim ljudskim progresom? Ćutimo? Ne znamo zašto smo bili? Ne znamo ko smo bili? Umjesto svjetla, vidimo fluorescentne odraze ličnog pakla nepostojanja, umjesto ljubavi gledamo ljudsko meso iskidano kanibalističkom autobiografijom Terra Ludens.Nekoliko vjekova ranije, rastrzani danski princ, sakriven u ljusci, vidio je budućnost i sišao s uma od bola, od očaja - on je tu, pored nas, na jedinom mjestu gdje još uvijek postoji zakopana mrvica istine - u pozorištu. Poput Vergilija, sa ljutitim i melanholičnim entuzijazmom, on će nas provesti kroz ono što, sa čudnom i nezamislivom upornošću, zovemo stvarnost. Možda je on tu da bi nam otkrio alhemičarsku formulu kako ne biti i da zaviri u kristale kosmosa i treptave zvijezde izgubljenih, skrivenih i zaboravljenih duša - prošlih, sadašnjih i budućih, zauvijek.Naš Hamlet je vrisak pozorišta - da li ga čujemo? HAMLET: TO BE OR TO BE!The dilemma these days is not whether to be or not to be, but to Be and how to Be, why should we Be, despite of everything, in whose behalf and how to Be. Since not being means tranquility, silence, oneness with the infinity of time. To be today means to be thrown into a “common civilization, where the suffering, the loneliness, the betrayal, the insanity, the misery have one common name: global progress. There are no more castles, kings, court labyrinths: the global market offers trade with any \thing and everything, even with Hamlet’s blood which, by the way, comes very cheap… Within the completely conquered space of humanity the new cataclysm is called abundance, of images, sounds, information… Babylon is among us: the inflation of images prevents us from recognizing each other, hearing each other, understanding each other – blind and deaf we walk through the fabulous and enormous human progress? We remain silent? We don’t know why we were? We don’t know who we were? Instead of light, we see fluorescent reflections of the private hell of inexistence, instead of love we see human flesh, ripped by the cannibalistic autobiography of Terra Ludens.Several centuries ago, that damned Danish Prince, hidden in a nut crust, saw the present day and went insane out of pain, out of despair - he is here, beside us, at the only place where a little bit of the buried truth still exists – the Theatre. And just like Virgil, with an angry and melancholic enthusiasm he will lead us through what we, with a queer and inconceivable persistence, call reality. Maybe he is here to reveal to us the alchemic formula of how not to Be and to peek into the crystals of the cosmos and of the twinkling stars of all lost, hidden, forgotten souls – past, present, future, for all the times. Iako po svojoj strukturi Njegošev Gorski vijenac nije drama, već spjev sa dramskim nabojem, često je, zbog svog literarnog značaja, budio interes za scensko prikazivanje. Prvi pokušaji scenskog izvođenja dogodili su se nedugo po pojavi djela iz štampel sredinom devetnaestog vijeka.(...)Oslobađanjem pozorišne estetike, dramski tekst danas dobija funkciju inspiracije i predloška za rediteljsko-dramaturšku kreaciju, pa tako i Gorski vijenac, poput mnogih djela svjetske, doživljava nova „čitanja” i scenske adaptacije. Na izbor Njegoševog spjeva, da ga ponovo čitaju i scenski dekonstruišu, reditelje i dramaturge prije svega opredjeljuju one opšte, misaone poruke Gorskog vijenca, kao i činjenica da se to djelo smatra jednim od temelja crnogorske literature. Although by its structure, ”The Mountain Wreath” by Petar Petrovic Njegos, is not a drama but rather a poem with dramatic elements, its literary significance often arose curiosity for stage performance. The very first attempts of stage performance appeared not long after the appearance of the poem in print in the middle of 19th century.(…)With liberation of theatre aesthetics, dramatic text received a new function. It serves as an inspiration and suggestion to director and dramaturge creation. Thus, ”The Mountain Wreath” along other world literature works, lives through new ”readings” and stage adaptations. Directors and dramaturges choose to read and deconstruct Njegos’s Mountain Wreath on stage mainly because of its cognitive messages as well as the fact that it represents the very foundation of Montenegrin literature.

U dva školska časa, sa pauzom za ručak, trupa je priredila duhovitu i konceptualno jasnu lekciju iz istorije slovenačkog teatra u groteskni prikaz njegovih trajnih simptoma koji se vuku kroz njegovo (nešto više nego) stogodišnje postojanje. U prvoj skici, pod nazivom Veliki prasak, u sporu između pisca (Etbin Kristan) i intendanta (Fran Milčinski) slika vječni sukob u vođenju repertoarske politike u kojem su suprotstavljeni intelektualni elitizam i komercijalni diktat blagajni uvijen u lagodni populizam (predigra kasnijem, drastičnijem slučaju na čelu sa Cankarem i Govekarom). Spor kulminira kada pisac napadu bijesa, bahato i omalovažavajuće, fizički nasrne na pedantnog intendanta, koji se krije pod plaštom skromnosti, čime publici baca u lice bilans pozorišne realnosti. Drugi dio, Gospa od Astrahana, je komplementarna dopuna prvom dijelu i zakružuje pogled na pozorišni produkcioni aparat na putu od pisca do gledaoca. U uzastopnom nizu sekvenci iz života pozorišnih zvijezda naglašava se inherentna tragedija glumačke profesije. Nika Leskovš

In two school classes with a lunch brake, the company gave humorous and conceptually clear lesson from the history of Slovenian theatre through grotesque demonstration of the continuing symptoms that linger through its, just over hundred years long, existence. The first part ”The Big Bang” - the fight between Man literature (Etbin Kristan) and Man Theatre Manager (Fran Milcinski), pictures the everlasting conflict about repertoire politics, with its inner conflict between intellectual elitism, and commercial dictation of box offices wrapped in leisure of populism (serves as a foreplay to the drastic case between Cankar and Govekar). The conflict escalates when the Man literature, overwhelmed by rage, arrogantly and contemptuously attacks meticulous Man Theatre Manager who is hiding under the robe of humbleness thus throwing the balance of theatrical reality in the face of the audience. The other part, The Lady from Astrakhan, is a complementary addition to the first part and it fulfils the view on theatrical production machine on its road from the writer to the audience. The continuous row of sequences from the life of theatre stars stresses the inherent tragedy of acting as a profession. Nika Leskovs

Ne može se sa sigurnošću tvrditi kakav je bio Don Žuan, niti kakav je to čovjek danas i kakav će to čovjek biti. Sredina ga obilježava, boji, profilira i osuđuje. Društvo ga stavlja na prijesto, daje mu osobine prestupnika, grešnika i daje mu ovlašćenje da radi ono što on radi, a to radi najbolje. On je sposoban, arogantan, lud, topao, blizak, a opet nagao i nasilan i još uz to šarmantan i opasan. Ko može tom jeziku ljubavi odoljeti i ko uspijeva tom jeziku osvajanja reći ne? (…)Na početku i na kraju imamo hrpu igrača koji u svijetu varki, maski, opsijena i prikrivanja čekaju na priliku da preuzmu ulogu. Kada se pruži šansa oni je grabe. Prvu ulogu dobija Don Žuan, on oblikuje svoje odbrambeno sklonište… Gdje ostali, preuzimajući svoje epizodne uloge u njegovom svijetu, koriste njemu, Don Žuanu da da maha svojoj prirodi. On razumije da u svijetu lažnog udvaranja i pretvaranja možeš opstati samo ako si u svom zanatu bolji od ostalih. Maša Kolar

We cannot really say what was Don Juan like, or who he is today and what would he be like. He is marked, coloured, shaped and judged by the environment. The society rises him to the throne, describes him as a criminal, sinner and authorises him to do what he does, and what he is best at. He is skilled, arrogant, insane, warm, close and on the other hand he is impulsive and violent as well as charming and dangerous. Who can withstand such language of love and who can resist such seductive tongue? (…)In the beginning and at the end, we have bunch of players who, in the world of deception, masks, delusion and hiding, await the opportunity to take over the role. Whenever this opportunity is shown they grab it. Don Juan gets the main role, he shapes his defence hideout… And the others, taking over their byplays in his world, serve to him, Don Juan, thus empowering him to fully express his nature. He clearly understands that, in the world of fake courtship and pretending, one can only survive if he is better than the others at what he does. Masa Kolar

Centar za ženska prava ŠIVENJE I ŠTAMPA TKANINANVO „Centar za ženska prava” organizuje kreativne radionice koje pohađaju žene i mladi suočeni sa problemom porodičnog nasilja. U sklopu radionica, polaznici imaju priliku da uz pomoć profesionalne krojačice i grafičkih dizajnera savladaju osnove šivenja i sito štampe. Cij radionica je podrška polaznicima u prevazilaženju iskustva nasilja kroz kreativnu djelatnost i timski rad. Prihod koji se ostvari prodajom torbi i majica nastalih na radionicama biće reinvestiran u nastavak projekta i stvaranje fonda za hitnu materijalnu podršku žrtvama porodičnog nasilja.

NGO Women’s Rights Centre organises creative workshops for women and young individuals dealing with the problem of domestic violence. During the

workshop, participants have the opportunity to learn the basics of sewing and screen printing with a help from professional sewers and graphic designers.

The main goal of the workshop is to give the support to participants to overcome the experience of domestic violence through creative and team work.

The income earned by selling bags and shirts created in the workshop will be used to continue this project and establish fund for urgent financial support

and legal advice for victims of domestic violence.

Workshop is financially supported by Foundation Petrovic Njegos and GIP - Cooperation Agency of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue dedicated to French expertise

and Technical Assistance.

Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe ( pomoć za samopomoć) je njemačka humanitarna nevladina organizacija registrovana u Bonu, 1981.godine. Kasnije, Help je proširio svoje aktivnosti, tako da je danas prisutan širom svijeta sa akcentom na Bosnu i Hercegovinu, Kosovo, Tursku, Zambiju i Nikaragvu. Otvorio je kancelariju u Podgorici, aprila mjeseca 1999. godine za vrijeme najveće krize na Kosovu. Osim rada sa izbjeglicama sa Kosova, Help je kasnije prilagođavao svoje projekte potrebama zemlje i razvoju. Poslije pocetne faze koja je bila fokusirana na kosovska pitanja, ciljevi slijedecih programa su bili podrska raseljenim licima sa Kosova, izbjeglicama sa ratom zahvaćenih područja Hrvatske i Bosne i Hercegovine kao i socijalno ugroženom stanovništvu u Crnoj Gori. Mijenjanje potreba takođe je iniciralo izmjene u Help-ovim programima. Humanitarna urgentna pomoć je zamjenjena programima ciji je cilj obnova i samozapošljavanje. Cilj nam je da ohrabrimo ljude u zajednicama pogođenim katastrofama i siromaštvom da sami poboljšaju svoje životne uslove. Iz ovog razloga sarađujemo sa lokalnim partnerima i NVO-ima, imajući u vidu da oni bolje poznaju lokalne uslove, kulturu i potrebe.

Help – Hilfe zur SelbsthilfeHelp – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe (help to selfhelp) is a German non-governmental

charity organization duly registered with the courts of law in Bonn, in1981. Meanwhile HELP has enlarged its activities and is nowadays operational worldwide with current

focus on Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo , Turkey , Zambia and Nicaragua. Help opened its office in Podgorica, in April 1999 during the height of the crisis in Kosovo.

In addition to cooperation with refugees, Help later adjusted its programmes to the developments and needs in the country. After the initial phase that had focused on the

Kosovo issues, subsequent programmes aimed at supporting displaced persons from Kosovo, refugees from the wars in Croatia and BiH, as well as the socially disadvantaged

groups in Montenegro. The changing needs also required a change in HELP’s programmes. Humanitarian emergency aid was replaced by programmes aiming at rehabilitation and

self-reliance. It is our aim to encourage the efforts made by the communities affected by catastrophes

and misery in order to have them improve their living circumstances themselves. For this reason we are closely cooperating with indigenous partners and NGOs knowing

that these people are best familiar with local conditions, culture and needs.

Projekat Rundek Cargo Orkestar je nastao iz muzike Darka Rundeka, njegovih pjesama koje su izuzetno poetične i bogate u muzičkom izrazu i koje kombinuju muzičku tradiciju sa primjesama različitih uticaja – na prvom mjestu sa Balkana, potom Mediterana, regea, Južne Amerike, Afrike, elektronske muzike… Projekat je zatim prerastao u Rundek Cargo Trio koji čine violinistkinja Isabel, multi instrumentalista Dušan Vranić i Darko, čime je Rundekova muzika dobila na intimnijem i delikatnijem izvođenju. Trio svoju muziku kreira na ostrvu Brač, gdje imaju probe i snimanja, i gdje su nastali njihovi albumi Ruke, Zagrebačka magla, Mhm A-Ha Oh Yeah Da-Da, Apokalipso, U širokom svijetu, kao i album Plavi avion, koji je dobio odlične kritike i obezbijedio grupi novu, mladu publiku. Univerzalnim jezikom koji prevazilazi sve barijere, Rundek trio sažima razne muzičke stilove i razvija originalne i vrlo suptilne melodije i aranžmane. Nekada samo sa akustičnom gitarom, violinom, bubnjevima i harmonikom trio kreira često vrlo melanholičnu, a autentičnu i snažnu muziku.

Project Rundek Cargo Trio originated from Darko Rundek’s music, his songs incredibly poetical and enriched with different musical expressions. His music combines tradition with different influences - mainly Balkans but also Mediterranean, reggae, South American, African, electronic… Project grew into a Rundek Cargo Trio with members violinist Isabel and multi-instrumentalist Dušan Vranić. They contributed to the more intimate and delicate performance. Trio creates music on the Island Brač where they rehearse and record. Brač was the place there they created albums „Ruke” (Hands), „Zagrebačka magla” (Fog in Zagreb), „ Mhm A-Ha Oh Yeah Da-Da”, „Apokalipso” (Apocolypso), „U širokom svijetu” (In a Wide World), as well as album „Plavi avion” (The blue plane), which received great reviews and acquired new young audience. Using universal language which overcomes all barriers, Rundek Trio summarises different styles and develops original and very subtle melodies and arrangements. Sometimes playing only acoustic guitar, violin, drums and harmonic, trio creates melancholic but authentic and powerful music.

Jordan Plevnes (1953, Macedonia)He is Macedonian writer with international reputation. His scrips, novels, poetry and essays are published and performed in almost fifty languages around the world. Spiritual idealism of his literary biography is related to Balkan’s mythical horizon and history ”Balkan as a heart of Europe”. About 300 bibliographical units across all meridians were written about his works. Till 1998. Plevnes lived and worked in Paris. He was professor of creative writing on many European and American universities. From 2000 up to 2005 he was Ambassador of Macedonia in France, Spain, Portugal and UNESCO. Since 2007 he is rector of the University of audiovisual arts, ESRA Paris-Skopje-New York.

i igrane programe. Realizovao kao reditelj i koscenarist igrane filmove „Sok od šljiva”, „Balkan Express”, „Uvek spremne žene” i „Lokalni vampir”, a

kao producent ili koproducent tridesetak filmova i TV serija. Bio generalni direktor Avala Filma 1986-1990. Od 1996-2000. godine bio vanredni

profesor filmske režije na Univerzitetu BK u Beogradu, a od 2001-2009. profesor filmske režije na Cetinjskoj Akademiji. Poslednjih desetak godina

živi u Crnoj Gori, trenutno direktor Crnogorske kinoteke.

Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade in 1971. He work on many travel, music, documentary and featured TV programme projects. He directed and co-wrote feature movies ”Plum Juice”, ”Balkan express” ”Women’s

Day” and ”Local vampire”. He was producer and coproducer of 30 movies and TV shows. He was general manager of Avala Film from 1986 till

1990. From 1996 till 2000 he was associate professor of movie directing on the BK University in Belgrade and from 2001 till 2009 he was directing

professor at the Academy in Cetinje. During last 10 years he lives in Montenegro and is currently director of Montenegrin Film Archive.

Igor Perazić je život proveo u Podgorici. Na muzičkoj akademiji je studirao kod Rostropovičevog učenika, Davida Gregorijana. Svoju pedagošku karijeru proveo je na Cetinju. Odnos prema muzici bio je u njegovom životu konstanta, matematička nepromjenjiva, bilo da je vodio sekciju violončela u raznim ansamblima, od RTCG do simfonijskog, svirao solo dionice i resitale, kamernu muziku u sa svojim Tritonus triom, ili pak pjevao soul, funk, jazz i rock n roll. Preći sa J. S. Bacha na Georgea Bensona za njega je značilo samo napraviti hitru promjenu registra; jednaku količinu svečanosti i igre ulivao je u svaki žanr koga se dohvatio. Muziku je izvodio dirljivo posvećeno i moćno. Igor je bio znak moći i univerzalnosti talenta, ali istovremeno i simptom nemoći sredine da taj talenat elevira. Bio je beskrajno šarmantan, urnebesno duhovit, erudita koji je sa jednakom strašću pričao o Günteru Grassu, Beethovenu ili Steve Wonderu. Nakon tragedije njegove rane smrti javlja nam se potreba, ili vapaj, za fiksiranjem svega onoga što je značio, da bi se makar na trenutak utjehom ispunila praznina koju otvara njegov odlazak. Ovo veče na FIAT-u služi nam da se zajedno prisjetimo blistavih djelića te dragocjenosti.

Igor Perazic spent his life in Podgorica. He was a student of the David Gregorijan who was the pupil of the great Rostropovic. He spent his time as a pedagogue in Cetinje. Relationship with music was a constant in his life, mathematically unchangeable, no matter what he did: being lead in violoncello section in different orchestra, from RTCG to symphony, playing solos and recitals, chamber music with his Tritonus trio or singing soul, funk, jazz and rock n’ roll. Transition from J.S. Bach to George Benson meant just a quick register change to him. He put same among of ceremoniousness and playfulness into every genre he attempted to play. He played his music in a touchy, dedicated and powerful manner. Igor was a symbol of power and universality of talent, but also symptom of the environment inability to praise and elevate. He was incredibly charming, funny, an erudite that spoke about Günter Grass, Beethoven or Steve Wonder with equal passion. After his tragic and early death, we feel a need, or even yearning, to mark everything he meant, so that even for a short moment we could fill emptiness that was left after his parting with consolation. This night of FIAT serves to remind us of all the brilliant parts of such treasure.

IN MEMORIAM: IGOR PERAZIĆ (1966 - 2014)Iako je kvantitet njegovih javnih predstavljanja svakako za poštovanje, njegovu pojavu na crnogorskoj muzičkoj sceni visoko uzdiže prije svega njegova izrazita umjetnička individualnost. Riječju, mr Igor Perazić je najbolji violončelista kojega je Crna Gora do danas dala, kakav se, sasvim je izvjesno, u dogledno vrijeme neće ponoviti. Koje su to komponente koje njegovo umijeće sviranja čine posebnim?- Prije svega, njegov prirodni muzikalitet, odnjegovan na principima glasovite škole vodećeg ruskog i svjetskog violončeliste Mstislava Rostropoviča, zatim sjajna tehnika kojom je ovladao tako da su mu dostupna i najsloženija djela violončelističke i kamerne literature, temperament, raskošni ton, plemenit i majstorski obojen, snažni osjećaj za ritmička kretanja, odlična memorija i savršeno poimanje stilskih karakteristika interpretiranog djela. On je jednako impresivan bilo da je riječ o malim formama i kratkim solističkim insertima (koje kritika nerijetko stavlja u istu ravan ili čak i iznad najboljih svjetskih izvodjenja) ili o velikim i složenim cikličnim formama. Igor Perazić je jedan od najblistavijih izdanaka što ih je od svog osnivanja dala Muzička akademija u Podgorici. U njegovoj ličnosti srećno su spojeni kvaliteti virtuoza i vrsnog pedagoga. Prava je šteta što zbog njegovog desetogodišnjeg angažmana u radu Simfonijskog orkestra RTV Crne Gore nije i ranije izabran u akademsko zvanje. Uvjerena sam da će njegovim izborom u zvanje docenta za matični predmet violončelo nastava u ovoj oblasti na Muzičkoj akademiji na Cetinju dobiti ne samo na kvalitetu već i na intenzitetu. prof. IN MEMORIAM: IGOR PERAZIC (1966 - 2014)Although the quantity of his public appearance is immense, his distinct art individuality is what rises his appearance on the Montenegrin music stage very high. Simply, M.A. Igor Perazic is one of the best violoncellist Montenegro had to this day, one that, at least in near future, can not be surpassed. Which components make his manner of playing so special?- Above all, his natural musicality nurtured by the principles of the famous school of leading Russian and world violoncellist Mstislava Rostropovic. Marvellous technique he mastered so well made even the most complex violoncello and chamber literature accessible to him. Then there is his temperament, lavish tone so noble and masterly coloured, strong sense of rhythmical movement, great memory and perfect view of style and characteristics of the performed piece. He is equally impressive in short pieces and short solo inserts (which critics often put in the same line or even in front of some of the best world performances) as well as in grand and complex cyclical forms.Igor Perazic is one of the most brilliant bud that Music Academy in Podgorica had since it exists. His personna is a merry union of qualities of virtuoso and great pedagogue. It’s a pity that, due to his decade long arrangement in RTV’s Symphony Orchestra, he was not selected for academic rank much earlier. I am sure that by selecting him for the rank of assistant professor in his major violoncello, Music Academy in Cetinje would receive not only quality but also intensity.
