(9) 本研究科において，個別の入学資格審査により，大学を卒業した者と同等

以上の学力があると認めた方で，平成 30 年 9 月 30 日までに 22 歳に達する

方 Persons who, in an individual admissions qualification screening by Shinshu University, Graduate School of Science and Technology, are deemed to have academic capabilities equal to or greater than a person having graduated from university and who will be at least 22 years of age by September 30, 2018.

(10)大学に 3年以上在学した方又は平成 30 年 9 月までに大学に 3年以上在学す

る見込みの方であって，本研究科の定める単位を優秀な成績で修得したと

認めた方 Persons who have been enrolled in a university for more than three years, or are expected to be enrolled in a university for more than three years by September 2018, and who have been deemed to have earned the prescribed credits of Shinshu University, Graduate School of Science and Technology with high grades.

月までに修了する見込みの方であって，本研究科の定める単位を優秀な成

(13)我が国において，外国の大学の課程（その修了者が当該外国の学校教育に

おける 15 年の課程を修了したとされるものに限る。）を有するものとして

当該外国の学校教育制度において位置付けられた教育施設であって，文部

科学大臣が別に指定するものの当該課程を修了した方又は平成 30 年 9 月ま

でに修了する見込みの方であって，本研究科の定める単位を優秀な成績で

修得したと認めた方 Persons who have completed, or are expected to complete by September 2018, in Japan a program of study of a foreign school, which is recognized as an educational institution with a college program according to the school education regulations of the foreign country, which meets the stipulations of the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (this requirement is applicable only to persons deemed to have completed 15 years of school education of the foreign country) and who have been deemed to have earned the prescribed credits of Shinshu University, Graduate School of Science and Technology with high grades.

Record of academic history, past activities, work experience, etc.

現在までの学習歴，活動歴，実務経験等（以下「学習歴等」という。）につい

て，具体的に自由形式で記述したものを提出してください。著書，学術論文，学術

講演，学術報告，特許等があれば別刷り又は証明できる書類のコピーを添付してく

ださい。なお，学習歴等については下記のような事項が考えられます。

Ⅰ 短期大学，高等専門学校等における学習歴等

Ⅱ 研究機関，教育機関，企業等における実務経験

Ⅲ 海外における国際的団体等での活動経験等及びそれを通じて一定の語学力

を有している等

Ⅳ 上記の他，各分野に関連した実務経験等

例）コンピューター・ソフトウェア制作等の実務経験 Submit a detailed record (free format) of past educational history, activities, work experience, etc. (hereafter referred to as "Academic history, etc.").

For book publications, academic theses, presentations, papers, patents, etc., attach copies of the work or other documentation of proof. The following

(Ⅰ‐Ⅳ) are examples of items that could be considered items for “Academic history, etc.”.

Ⅰ Academic record from a junior college, technical college, etc.

Ⅱ Work experience in research or educational institutions, companies, etc.

Ⅲ Experience in activities with international organizations, etc. Overseas and acquisition of language skills at a proficiency level appropriate to such activities.

Ⅳ Other work experience related to the desired division of study. Example: computer software development experience, etc.

c 成績証明書及び卒業（又は修了）証明書

Official transcript of grades and certificate of graduation (or completion)

最終学歴が短期大学，高等専門学校，専修学校，各種学校の卒業又はその他の教

育施設の修了である場合は，当該卒業又は修了した短期大学長，学校長又は教育施

設長が作成した原本を提出してください。また，大学学部に在学していた経歴のあ

る方は，当該大学在学時の成績証明書（学長又は学部長が作成した原本）を併せて

提出してください。

（注１）信州大学工学部に在学していた方は証明書の提出は不要です。

（注２）一度しか発行されない証明書（出身学校が修了証書や成績通知書等を修了時

に一度発行するだけで，以降証明書を発行していない場合や，資格証明書な

ど）についてコピーを提出する場合は，出身学校や大使館等の公的機関で原

本（ｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙ）証明を受けたものを提出してください。

（注３）提出する証明書が，英語（又は日本語）以外の言語で記載されている場合

は，出身学校や大使館等の公的機関で翻訳証明を受けた「英語訳（又は日本

本研究科では，募集要項・出願様式を原則としてホームページで確認いただくこととしました。志願者は

出願に必要な書類（PDF）をダウンロードし，必要事項を入力後プリントアウトしてください。

◆出願までの手順（概略）

１.Adobe Acrobat Reader をお持ちでない方は，最新のプラグインを入手してください。

確認書（Ａ票） “Payment Verification Form (Form A)”

【受験時に国費外国人留学生の方は，検定料は不要です。】

ア. 入学検定料 30,000 円を入学検定料振込依頼書(C 票)を使用

して「エ」に記載の振込期間に金融機関から「電信扱い」で振

り込んでください。

振込みには，別途振込手数料が必要です。なお，郵便局（ゆ

うちょ銀行）からの振込みはできません。また，ＡＴＭ（現

金自動預払機），携帯電話及びパソコンからの振込みは行わな

いでください。

イ. 振込み後，納付確認書(Ａ票)及び領収書(Ｂ票)を受け取

り，Ａ票，Ｂ票の所定欄に金融機関の収納印があることを確認

し，納付確認書(Ａ票)を提出してください。

また，「取扱金融機関収納印」欄に，出願期間最終日までの

収納印があるものに限り有効となりますので，特に出願期間最

終日に振込まれる場合には，金融機関の窓口での受付時間を確

認のうえ，行ってください。

ウ. 出願期間最終日に持参により提出する方で，金融機関の窓

口業務取扱時間内に振込みができなかった方に限り，現金によ

Do not use automated teller machines (ATMs), cellular phones, or personal computers for this transaction.

出願に際しての注意事項

1. 出願書類に不備があるものは，受理しません。

2. 出願書類は，研究科所定の様式に記入の際，ワープロ又はパソコンを使用しても差し支えありません。

3. 入学志願票の『希望指導教員名』欄は，以下のように記入してください。

希望する指導教員と出願前に必ず連絡を取り，希望研究分野の適合性等について，十分な打ち合わせをした

うえで，希望指導教員名を記入してください。

※建築学分野を志願する場合は，『希望指導教員名』欄の記入に際して事前の打合せを必要としません。希

望する教員が確定していない場合は『希望指導教員名』欄へ「未定」と必ず記入してください。

なお，合格した場合の指導教員の決定時期等については，試験日に当該分野からお知らせします。

4. 出願手続後の書類の変更は，認めません。

5. 受理した出願書類は，どのような理由があってもお返しできません。

6. 納入済みの検定料は，出願書類を受理した後はお返しできません。

1. Applications will not be accepted unless all of the required documents are submitted. 2. In filling out the forms prescribed by the department, applicants may use typewriters, word processors, and PCs. 3. Applicants must put the name of a research advisor they desire in the column of "Name of Desired Advisor" on the Admission Application Form. Before filling in this name and submitting your application, you must contact the advisor desired and arrange for ample time for discussing your suitability for your desired research field, etc. * Applicants to the Architecture Division are not required to meet with a desired research advisor before applying and if a desired advisor is not determined at the time of application, you must write "To be determined (TBD)" in the “Name of Desired Advisor” field. Information about when successful applicants will be informed about their assigned advisors will be given on the examination day by each division.

4. Submitted documents cannot be changed after application procedures have begun. 5. Application documents that have been submitted cannot be returned under any circumstances. 6. The examination fee paid cannot be returned after application documents have been accepted.

It may be returned, however, based on the applicant's request in the following cases: ‐The fee was paid twice by mistake. ‐The fee was paid, but the applicant did not apply to Shinshu University (e.g., in the cases where the application documents were not been submitted or accepted). 化学についての基礎学力，外国語能力（日本語及び英語）と卒業

研究及び研究志望についての口述試問を実施します。卒業研究及び

研究志望はパワーポイントによる７分のプレゼンテーションを課し

ます。プレゼンテーション資料を入れた PC 及び USB メモリを用意し

てください。合否判定には口述試問の他に学部 3年次までの成績も

考慮します。

The oral examination will consist of questions on the fundamentals of chemistry, foreign language ability (Japanese and English), and the applicant’s thesis and plan for research. A 7‐minute presentation will be expected for the thesis and plan for research using Powerpoint slides. Please prepare your own PC and USB Flash Memory with the presentation materials. In addition to the oral examination, the academic performance of applicants up to the third year of undergraduate studies will also be considered.

9 入学手続及び納付金 Admission procedures and payments


合格者は，入学手続期間内に入学料を納入するとともに，持参又は郵送により入学に必要な書類を提出して

ください。

(1) 入学手続期間

平成 30 年 9月 5日（水）から 9月 7日(金)17 時まで

入学手続書類を持参する場合は 8時 30 分～17 時の間にお持ちください。

郵送にて提出する場合は，9月 7日(金)までに必着とします。

手続書類を郵送する場合は不足の書類や記入漏れがないよう再度ご確認ください。

(2) 入学手続場所

「4 出願手続」に記載の「書類提出先」と同じです。

(3) 納付金の納入等

イ授業料（前期）267,900 円（後期） 267,900 円

ただし，日本国費外国人留学生の方は不要です。

② 納付された入学料は，いかなる理由があってもお返しできません。

熟読のうえ希望指導教員が所属するキャンパスの大学院担当事務に願い出てください。

② Any fees for admission paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances. ③ For students having difficulties paying the admissions fee or tuition, an exemption program, a program for postponement of payment, and a program for monthly installment payments

(of tuition only) are available. Students are advised to apply after carefully reading the documents describing these programs which will be included with a letter of acceptance. 10 長期履修制度（社会人学生対象）

総合理工学研究科では，働きながら学ぶ大学院生の修学を助成するために長期履修学生制度を設けていま

す。本制度は，職業を有している等の事情により，標準修業年限(２年)で教育課程を修了できないと考える学

生に対し，本人からの申請に基づいて４年間以内の計画的な履修をあらかじめ認めるものです。長期履修を許

可された学生は原則として 2年間の授業料で履修許可期間の修学が可能となります。

入学手続書類に申請方法等を案内しますので，希望者は申し出てください。

11 障害等のある方の事前相談 Preliminary consultation for applicants with disabilities

この募集要項により入学を志願する方で，障害〔別表参照〕等のために，受験上及び修学上の配慮を必要と

（４）提出期限後の不慮の事故等による場合の配慮

提出期限後に不慮の事故等により配慮が必要となった場合は，その際にご相談ください。

視覚障害良い方の目の矯正視力が 0.15 以下のもの，両眼による視野について視能率による
