AACSB 為國際高等商管教育聯盟，英文全名為The Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business
國際商學院促進協會成立於 1916 年，是目前國際上最負盛名且具國際學術公信力的商管學門評鑑協會。全球僅 48 個國家和地區共716 所商管學院獲得 AACSB 國際商管認證。AACSB Accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Less than 5% of the world's 13,000 business programs have earned AACSB Accreditation. AACSB-accredited schools produce graduates that are highly skilled and more desirable to employers than other non-accredited schools.

Q5: 什麼是確保學習成效 Assurance of Learning (AoL) ？A5: 評量 (Assessment)這一塊，對於 AACSB 來說很重要。學院訂定了宗旨及目標；各系所也訂定了他們的宗旨及課程學習目標，接下來就是依據系所訂定出的課程學習目標繼而設計一套有效的評估方法。也就是說，我們要用什麼樣的評量方法去評量我們學生的學習效果、了解學生是否有所學習。若學習成效無法達成我们所設定出的目標，那我們要如何改善 ( 如 : 課程等等相關問題 ) 。
