For cancellation and RefundPassenger should access the website www.irctc.co.in only for cancellation as nocancellation is permitted at railway counters for electronic ticketsPlease note that the provision for specifying I/D proof at the time of bookingan e-ticket has been dispensed with. The accommodation booked is nottransferable and is valid only if one of the passenger booked on an e-ticket ina transaction presents any of the identity cards(Voter identity card/Passport/Pan card/Driving license/Photo I/d card of Central/State Government issued to

their employees) during train journey in original and same will be accepted asproof of identity failing which the passengers will be treated as travellingwithout ticket and shall be dealt with as per extant Railway Rules.
