Program Letters

Several letters will be sent to our customers on specialized Certification letterhead.

These letters are segmented by the following:

Pre-registered users VIPs – Top 100 Dealers

(pulled from SAP) General announcement

to all Dealers Congratulatory letter

Website

The Chief Certified Partner web portal is where customers will go to learn more about the program, register and launch the program, and keep track of their rewards.

Official site launch is April 22First-time users will need to select their region during their first visit in order to

enter the site.

When customers register for the program, they’ll receive a Welcome Kit that includes the following:

Membership Cards

Customers who complete the program will also receive a personalized membership card with an expiration date located on the front.

If they are based in the US, Canada or Latin America and their company is certified, they will have a VIP Call-In 800 #. If they are installer certified, they will have a Text-A-Tech # on the back. If they are based elsewhere, these numbers do not apply.

Customers who complete the program will receive a framed Chief Certified Partner certificate to hang proudly in their offices.

Industry Credits & Chief Points

* Rooms may appear in more than one market, but content will vary between markets.

This program is accredited through both InfoComm for CTS RUs and CEDIA for CEUs

Getting Industry Credits

Customers must submit proof of credits earned through the Chief Certified Partner Program to InfoComm for CTS RUs and/or CEDIA for CEUs

Each solution completed = 10 Chief points Typical time required to complete a room = 20-40

minutes Time required to become Chief Certified = 3-6

hours Minimum Chief points earned when Chief Certified

= 160 Annual renewal requirement = 50 Chief points

Good to Know

New modules will be added on a regular basis, so check back for updates

Advanced reports for company employee status are available upon request

Kick-off Marketing Schedule

April 22

Pre-registered customers will receive an Eblast letting them know they’re entitled to a $10 gas card if they update their information with us on the Certification website. Offer ends 5/1.

VIP letter & welcome brochure is sent to our Top 100dealers in SAP.

Program introduction is sent to all current dealers.
