Graphic Design Portfolio
The first strokes of the brush that were used when first working with Photoshop. Very basic and straight forward to work with.
First Steps
I used blending (Blending Options) to edit the images by changing their gradient to suit the work.
For Blood I decided to use a Red and Black gradient as blood is dark and red in colour and suits it well.
For Oil I decided to use a black, lumpy gradient as oil is rough and
Blending Options
I blended two images together to make one. In the first image I took cat eyes, snake skin and added it to a girls appearance. I blended it to suit the image.
Visual Blending of Images
Image rotation
I took the image and edited its angle sideways to give it a 3D look.
The changed the hue and saturation of the image to the right to a new colour.
Editing the Hue + Saturation of an Image
For the images to the right of the slide I copied the image, then flipped the copy before moving it to match the other image.
Reflections
I added a layer of gradient to the images to the right, I then used the liquefy tool to give it that randomness.
Smoke and Rings
I started by using the Text tool to the left of the frame. With this I put together the image to the right.
I then changed the gradient of the image, yellow bright colour at the top while having a more darker brownish look at the bottom.
