which have been creating films since 1996. Established as a short film collective playing with camcorders . It

thenIncorporated in 2003, and within a year was recognized as on of

Europe’s leading young companies.They have made a documentary like “Last of the Scottish Wildcats”

or music video like “Drop”The Company basically makes music videos, feature length ,wildlife

documentary.

Target Audience ResearchTo find out : We did a questionnaire with various questions to do with our opening. For

instance we asked their age & the favorite movie genre. This helped us to make a decision on from what age our movie should be from which is 15 onwards. It’s possible that people

up to the age of 20+ might watch because of having similar age .

There are also question about our theme which is psychological thriller when is it the last time they watch it & if they like it. Most answers were positive so we decided to this

theme.

Additionally you have to look at how people watch e.g. if they go to the cinema or they watch it on a DVD or if they watch it online.

Another important factor to look at was, that what draws their attention. This means that in our opening we have to make sure that we also have parts, props etc. to draw attention

of the audience. A good thing to do was, use characters of similar age as audience so it’s easier for them to understand the situation in the opening.
