• Leave posters or flyers on grocery store community boards.

• Look for community centers to partner with that can provide kitchen space.

• Don’t be afraid to ask.

“It worked like a passport. Each teen was given a treasure map at

the start. After a participant attended an activity, the teen librarian (or

volunteer) staffing that station would apply an ink-stamp over that location

of the map. Acquiring a minimum number of stamps gave them a better

chance at winning a raffle prize at the end.”
