Creation of a model

This is the experience of the “document adminstrator”, for instance someone at the headquarters: – Marketing manager– Sales manager– Legal representant

The following screens illustrate the 4 steps required to create a new document model from a simple Web page: 1. Creation of a blank page.2. Creation of the structure of the document.– Association of values to each zone (images, paragraphs).– Definition of presentation options to the end user.

host an image or logo on your blank page.

You can move and redimension your zones with your mouse.

You can also enter a new object in the library on the fly.

For paragraphs, type or copy it in, format it and insert variables if required.

After the validation of the last zone (previous slide), selct an image best representing your model (PNG format with a size proportional to the real file) by clicking on

Generation of a proof in real time (PDF)

On any of the pages, select the icon to see a real time PDF proof.

The creation of the model is done

The model is now available online to all users with the appropriate rights. It can now be personalised.

We are now going to discover the experience of the end user, for instance a sales person at a branch, subsidiary, dealership or franchise.

Choose an image amongst the proposed choice.

Click on the large image at the bottom to access the image modification menu.

Personalisation of a paragraph zone

Choose one or several paragraphs for this zone. Reorder them if necessary.

If you want to edit or format the text, check the “edit text” if you have the right to do so. You can modify the text directly in the bottom part of the screen, but only with the options allowed by the document administrator.

Launch your order.

Select recipient(s) for your document

Add recipients by importing a CSV file, by selecting recipients from the contact libray.

Select a CSV file on your desktop and click on “import”.

Fields mapping Map the fields from

your CSV file with the variables used in the document.

Select the recipients to suppress and click on “delete”
