La società nasce nell’aprile 2006. I soci fondatori (Furlanetto, Confalonieri, Galimberti)
provengono da una multinazionale dell’auditing media, Media Audits, poi acquistata da Accenture.
Ci occupiamo di un business relativamente “giovane”: il controllo delle spese in comunicazione.
Lo affrontiamo in un modo nuovo: 3 uffici “base” per i meeting: 2 a Milano, 1 a Londra. Acquisiamo competenza, rigore e metodo non “ruoli” Forte investimento in ricerca (20% circa ) Collaboriamo con le Università per accedere ai talenti migliori

Cost and qualitative performance assessment. Snapshot vs Industry Benchmark. KPI’s weighted for company’goals, Rec considers trend/political & industry specific. Tv Primary - TV Satellite - Radio - Print (major titles) + TV: Enemies Focus
Pitch (3x2+1) 1. Pitch Feasibility study 2. Pitch handling (from pitch committee definition to risk evaluation). 3. Post pitch assessment (check vs guarantees and market evolution). 4. Proprietary no Pitch Agency Selection (only for Advertising)

From Advertising to BLT (e.g.: Direct Marketing, In Store Events etc.) Detailed / Overall Analysis to detect areas of savingss and risks. Evaluation based
