• Creation of time for Assessment Task preparation and access to school resources.
• Greater flexibility within timetables structure to cater for senior students.
Example timetable A – Extension subjects, no Super Monday
Example timetable B – With Super Monday in Week A and B
Example timetable C – With Super Monday in Week A only
ATARAustralian Tertiary Admission Rank
The ATAR allows the comparison of students who have completed different combinations of HSC courses.
The ATAR is calculated solely for use by universities, either on its own or in conjunction with other selection criteria, to rank and select school leavers for admission to tertiary courses.
The ATAR was previously known as the UAI.

SBATsSchool Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships
School based apprenticeships and traineeships provide students with the opportunity to attain a nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualification as well as their Higher School Certificate (HSC) and gain valuable work skills and experience through paid employment.
SBATs will be ‘on the job’ for approximately one day each week (or equivalent to 100+ days over Years 11 and 12) depending on the trade.
