• Klin steamed meat bun is very famous in Tainan.

How to make it?

• Step 1 Mix- flour, baking soda and yeast as a dough stirred for 20 minutes.

• Step 2 Roll the dough- The middle part should be higher and let sauce into the dough.

• Step 3 Encrusting- Include meat, egg yolk and mushroom. Topped with fresh green onions.

• Step 4 Close up- fold the dough up.

• Step 5 Steamed- Steam by cold water for 17 minutes. Just open a crevice, and muffle 2 minutes.

• Step 6 DoneDone
