“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places...”

The Benefits of Being “in” Christ

Paul, the apostle:• “a Hebrew of the Hebrews” (Philippians 3:4b-6)• Brought up at the feet of Gamaliel. (Acts 22:3) • The chief of sinners. (2 Timothy 1:15)• Paul was redeemed by the blood of Christ.

Paul knew Christ:• Paul saw Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:8)• Paul talked with Christ. (Acts 9:4-6)• He wanted to know only Christ. (1 Corinthians 2:2;

• Every spiritual blessing is found in Christ. (Ephesians 1:3)

• You can be holy and without blame before Him. (Ephesians 1:4)

• You have redemption and forgiveness of sins. (Ephesians 1:7)

• You have the seal of the Holy Spirit of promise. (Ephesians 1:13)
