    Job FunctionsAssociate Consultant-Marketing & HiringJob Description

    1. To act as a Consultant to the Senior leadership team /Board of various companies andhelping thembuilding their company by providing them exceptional talent OR helping them advancing theircareer2. Extensive Marketing and Networking to develop new clients in the designated industry sectoror discipline

    and secure job orders from new and existing clients.3. 360 degree recruitment4. To act as a Knowledge manager for the Niche assigned .5. Provide recruitment solutions to new and existing clients6. Achieve revenue, profit and number of placement targets month on month basis for self.7. Stay focused on KPIs.

    8. Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitmentbusiness.9. Build strategic relationships with key clients.10. Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system for Candidates11. Collaborate with Antal offices across the globe to maximize sharing business whilstpromoting sharing ofknowledge about clients and candidates.12. Prepare and submit annual budgets, plans and periodic progress reports to the ManagingPartner andmonitor performance to ensure budget achievement.13. Develop and adhere to approved policies and procedures.
