Chinese Autobiography

家庭狀況-如果沒有盡力都沒有任何資格可以抱怨　　我叫洪御豪，感謝父母平日對我自由式教育，如有遇到行為偏差的問題他們才會介入，不僅讓我養成獨立自主的個性，

也培養對生活的負責態度。我認為如果沒有盡力去做，就沒有資格可以抱怨，因此，團隊合作中大部分都扮演負責幹部角色，

家庭成員共四位，父親從事中古器具修復及買賣工作，母親則負責家中大小事，小我一歲的妹妹，目前在一家企業擔任美編人員。

學習歷程-虛心學習的態度，滿懷期待地準備迎接各種挑戰

　　實踐大學，主修工業產品設計科系(Shih Chien Industrial Design, SCID)，努力在校中力爭上游，積極參與產品設計等設計相關課程，

當中充實溝通及台上解說方面能力與概念，且每學期皆因學期名次領取獎學金，並努力保持好表現。2011年擔任新一代

( Young Designers' Exhibition, YODEX) 學校畢業展的總召集人，負責展覽的各項事務：概念發展、專刊進度及規劃評圖場地等大小事，

過程中遇到不少困難問題，但我和同儕互相合作盡力做出最好的表現，也體認到同儕間的互相合作的重要，最終圓滿達成任務。

　　2012年八月役畢後即前往綠的國際企業(Green Furniture Group)擔任繪圖設計助理至今，負責協助設計師2D/3D繪圖、拆料、結構

和參與設計概念發想過程等事務。熟悉系統家具相關的知識、結構組裝及談圖技巧。這當中，我覺得學到最多的是人因尺寸比例、高度限制

和組裝結構等實務經驗，多少的尺寸是最適合消費者以及在限制的條件下達到一定的美感和比例等等，有別於以往學校設計為主要導向的和組裝結構等實務經驗，多少的尺寸是最適合消費者以及在限制的條件下達到一定的美感和比例等等，有別於以往學校設計為主要導向的

發想過程。而工作之餘我也積極利用時間充實自己，除了從工作和生活中學習多領域的知識外，也在外自修軟體:PTC.Creo、Keyshot、

AutoCAD等等，並在2013年考取Pro/E的原廠認證。

　　相信無論是那一種工作，最重要的還是自己本身有沒有盡力，所以我也抱持著虛心學習的態度，滿懷期待地準備迎接各種挑戰。

過去經驗-建立了許多我以往所沒有的能力與視野

　　2009年12.19 - 12.22在校期間參與鄭秀和(Shuwa Tei)在實踐大學舉辦的國際設計工作營「Back to Now, Creating Furture Classics」，

學習到如何在緊湊的時間內產生概念並把他發表出來的經驗。

　　2010年作品(Fade Out)參與並獲得12th全國大學生設計大師盃優秀獎，在暑假則前往達摩設計工坊(Domo Studio)實習，實際參與一個

Project的製作過程、參觀製模工廠的運作流程及一些業界的設計體驗，讓我獲益不少。

　　2011年四月被推薦參與Epson薪傳愛計畫，獲得獎狀與補助獎金，同年新一代設計展( Young Designers' Exhibition, YODEX)，

畢業作品(Gaea Sound)入圍產品設計類並獲得廠商特別獎。

未來期許-有盡力嗎?

　　我對自己的工作總是努力往前，一旦決定參與，一定會追求完美。「如果沒有盡力去做，都沒有任何資格可以抱怨」這是我人生的座右銘，

也是我父母最常跟我說的一句話，做事就是要一個問心無愧！所以我覺得自己的優點就是凡事都會盡全力，也因為這樣的個性使我對每件事都

認真看待。未來在工作上我也會一直保持這樣的精神，期待在未來能夠在設計的領域上盡全力並得到面試的機會，能對公司有所貢獻。

Engish Autobiography

My Family:Without trying your best, without complaining. My name is Arson Hong. Thanks to my parents bringing me up in a free way; they would interfere when something goes wrong, so I have developed an independent and responsible personality. I think that without trying the best, without complaining. Therefore, in the teamwork I almost as the leader rule. There are four members in my family. Including my parents and a younger sister. My father works as a trader of secondhand goods, and my mother is a housewife. My sister is an art editor in a cosmetic company.

Learning process:Open-minded attitude of learning, and ready to take the challenges with hope.

I graduated from Shih Chien University in Taipei, majored in industrial design.(SCID) I participated in every ID classes actively to enrich my ability of communication and presentation. I got the scholarship every semester, and trying to keep it. In 2011, I was chosen to be the chairman of SCID’s YODEX Exhibition, dealing with every details: concept development, subject issue, scheduling the presentations, etc. We had done our best to overcome every trouble and tried to be great. In this case, I have realized the importance of the teamwork cooperation. In Aug, 2012, I started the job of the assistant designer at Green furniture after military service. Assist designers with 2D illustration, 3D models, material, construction analysis and concept development. I learned a lot about the system furniture illustration, 3D models, material, construction analysis and concept development. I learned a lot about the system furniture knowledge, like: the restriction of construction and material, ergonomics, fabrication and how to keep the aesthetic and proportion in a marginal space. In my free time I still practice my design skills, like Creo, Keyshot and AutoCad. In 2013, I also received the Certification of Pro/Engineer and became a better designer. I am an open-minded and down-to-earth person who likes to face challenges at work.

Experiences:Absorbing good things from all experiences, and never stop innovative thinking.

19th~22 th in Dec. in 2009, I got the chance to join the workshop of 「Back to Now, Creating Furture Classics」,I learned how to produce and present my design concept in an extreme time. In 2010, my design, Fade Out, which joined the 12th National University Students Master Designer Award is awarded chrestomathy. The same year I got the chance as an intern at DOMO studio. I joined a project, visiting the model factory, and knowing some design experience.

Future and Expectation:Do you work hard enough?

I always work hard and try to be perfect. “Without trying your best, without complaining.” is my motto and my advantage. Therefore, I will take everything seriously. In the future, I will keep it and improve myself. And I hope I would have the chance to prove my ability and tribute for your company.
