THEME: CLEANLINESS IN NEIGHBOURHOOD

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Love, not for

human masters!”

1. Designing of a 3D Scale Model Neighbourhood that reduces air, light and noise

pollution linking it to sustainable development.

2. Design a pamphlet:

Prepare a beautiful pamphlet on clean and green surrounding and hygienic public places.

Mention the creative effective ways too.

3. Survey Report:

Take a charge of your neighbourhood. Do a cleanliness drive and assess the situation.

Prepare a questionnaire of around 20 questions. Interview the people around and

evaluate their response in the form of a PIE CHART. Tag questionnaires too.

4. Prepare a Banner/Hoarding advertising the need for cleanliness as hygiene is two

thirds of health to spread awareness around slum areas.

5. Make a ppt on cleanliness in various public places. Do write your inputs as in how a

change can be brought in the society by giving necessary measures to be taken. Add

inputs of filmed videos screened on domestic helpers, guards etc. sharing their views.

6. Map your community: Community helpers

The students will identify issues/problems related to cleanliness in the community as

well as brainstorm solutions on how to solve these problems. Present your work through

pictorial representation on a chart paper.

7. Be a young Scribe:

Jot down your views in the form of an article on ‘cleanliness campaign’ organized in

your area where you reside on A4 coloured sheet. Provide a catchy title/headline to it.

8. Prepare a Comic strip on good habits to be adopted in cleaning the area in and around

us.

9. Format a newspaper titled – BEST cities OF THE WORLD. Paste pictures related to it
