PROBLEM

• Lack of safety and security issues.

SOLUTION

• Women should be included in the decision-making when the policies are being created by the Government. In this way, we will be in a better position to fulfil their responsibility to ensure the safety of their residents especially, women and girls.

IMPLEMENTATION

• The national Government should adopt women safety audits whereby local women identify safety and security conditions in their neighbourhood, which are incorporated into urban planning.

• Government should appoint women communities which shall identify safety risk in ten of the cities’ high-risk slums.

• There should be partnership between the UN Women and the States and the local Government organization. In this efforts will focus on collecting local data on female political participation, and expanding successful safe cities activities.

Page 11: Ateam

• it would increase women access to education, health and justice and will generate jobs

sooner.

• The crime rate will fall at a big scale.

• It helps in promoting equality through community initiatives and advocacy.

• Women’s participation in labour force grew faster, the economy will experience the largest

reduction and poverty rates.

• Women farmers can access the resources they need, their production increases, making it less

likely that their families are hungry and malnourished.
