ICC Georgia Banking Commission Meeting

On the 21st of May, Chairman of the Banking Commission of ICC Georgia, Ilia Gogichaishvili, held a meeting with representatives from the banking sector. The members of Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee are considering amendments to “the Civil Code of Georgia”, “Civil Procedure Code of Georgia”, “Police Law of Georgia”, and “Law on Enforcement Proceedings”. The amendments are designed to prohibit the eviction of real estate owners from their properties without a court order. The purpose of the meeting held by Mr. Gogichaishvili was to discuss the possible implementation and the potential developments that may arise as a result of these amendments.

21 მაისს, ICC Georgia-ს საბანკო კომისიის თავმჯდომარემ, ილია გოგიჩაიშვილმა გამართა შეხვედრა საბანკო სექტორის წარმომადგენლებთან. პარლამენტის იურიდიულ საკითხთა კომიტეტის წევრებმა შესაძლოა შეიტანონ ცვლილებები სამოქალაქო კოდექსში, საქართველოს სამოქალაქო საპროცესო კოდექსში, პოლიციის შესახებ საქართველოს კანონისა და სააღსრულებო წარმოებათა შესახებ კანონში. ცვლილებები მიზნად ისახავს აკრძალოს უძრავი ქონებიდან მფლობელის გამოსახლებას სასამართლოს გადაწყვეტილების გარეშე. შეხვედრაზე მოწვეულ სტუმრებს მიეცათ შესაძლებლობა, რომ განეხილათ ზემოთ აღნიშნული ინიციატივა და მისი განვითარების პოტენციური შედეგები.
